Movenpick hotel deserves all praise for its location, staff, cleanliness and food in the hotel. We keep coming back to this hotel because it has everything that a 4.5 star hotel should have. Big thanks as always to Vedad, Burak and Ahmed. We also forgot the name of the man who cleans the 6th floor, all praise goes to him. A hotel that really deserves all the praise and one of our favorite hotels where we feel at home. See you soon inshAllah 🇹🇷🇧🇦

Actually the manger Eren was v kind and wonderful he returned a part of fees to my dog when I complained and he said our guest r our priority that’s was so professional from him and also excellent management

An absolute gem of a property. The staff were phenomenal, the food delicious, and walkable to the tramway! Given the opportunity, I’d stay here again.

The windows closed during the night could not stop the noise from the vehicles passing the street among the hotel.
Just check your window installation supplier to seal the windows :-)

Every thing is nice just :
1- Superior room sea view is very small room !!!
2- the service person didn’t do good cleaning for the bath room specially hand washing basin !!!!!!!!

I got a room on the 8th floor. The view from my room was stunning. I really enjoy SPA. You have to book in advance and you get almost a private experience.

The staff were nice & helpful, it's clean, but the location is not convenient. They should provide Turkish tea in the rooms, its the best. I don't even use lipton tea in America, why would I drink it in Turkey.

The staff was very cordial and they went out of their way to help us. I booked a suite with a sofa bed and instead they gave us a suite with a sofa. I was told that since i booked a single perso'ns room that i could not get a sofa bed. I explained to the manager that i did call to make them aware of the change to 2 guests and i was not made aware that the rate would have been different long story short we were given a suite with a sofa bed. When we opened the sofa the mattress was a mess it was dirty and there was food behind and stucked in the mattress it was filthy not what i expected from a 5 star hotel horrible experience however housekeeping came right away and clened and vacuumed everything we went to bed at 3am after a 17 hor flight
