Beautiful property with attentive service. The room had a beautiful view of the sunset. Only complaint was the room was a little smoky but not sure if there were smoke free room options available. Overall I would recommend staying here.

The hotel was clean and and well maintained with great service but I do I have a few complaints 1. The beach isn’t really a beach , it’s more like a puddle of water 2. Too many jelly fish it was uncomfortable to swim 3. The pool was dirty and warm

Fire alarm went off 3:50am We left the building as per the automated messaging, needed up locked outside, didn’t see a single member of staff during the whole process. It was a fault no fire, but alarm the. Went off periodically for the next 3 hours. Utter farce, no apology or even recognition at check out that it had occurred.

Such a gorgeous hotel with beautiful rooms. We had the deluxe king room and it was stunning with beautiful views of the beach. Breakfast buffet was a 10/10. I surely will be visiting again! Very close to airport so it’s a big advantage.

The check-in has been the worst so far in my entire life: we arrived at 2PM and check-in started at 3PM, so the Indian lady at the reception refused to check us in one hour before (never had such awful behavior even in simple hotels, in a 5* VIP hotel this is unacceptable), she said to come back in one hour and it would be ready. At 3PM we went back to the reception for check in and of course the Indian lady had not even prepared the file and keys for our room so we waited 20 minutes more. I asked for a quiet room and we were given instead one on ground floor (where by the way you have no view at all - we booked a Gulf view). After a lot of discussion we agreed to see the ground floor room, which was terrible so went back to change. The other receptionist would not proceed to change our room, because she didn't know the "reason" why we were receiving a change and she had to wait for her colleague. When her colleague finally showed up and we received the room it was 4PM! The lobby boy was told to bring upstairs our luggage. At 4.25PM I had to call the reception because our luggage was still not sent to our room. At 4.45 my husband went downstairs because neither the luggage was upstairs nor they would answer the phone at the reception. The room was extremely dirty with oily stains and fingerprints everywhere, on the balcony there was a pile of human hair in a corner. If this is a 5* and VIP hotel, then I am lady Gaga.

Hotel is very outdated and low-staffed. Rooms are very old and look dirty and worn out with zero technology and a tiny TV. Kids club is in terrible condition. Food is average. Staff are friendly but there aren’t enough of them. Overall, I can’t possibly understand how this is a 5-star hotel.
