Great hotel. Marco and the rest of the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfast was lovely with eggs made fresh however we liked and freshly squeezed orange juice. Restaurant was also great for dinner. Top place.

Rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable but pillows were painful. Only service we used was check-in and checkout and the ladies were very efficient and pleasant. We heard no noise from the train station but maybe we got the right side of the building.

Good Location. 15 minutes to luzern by train.
Great and responsive staff. The room was next to railway track you could hear train passing by.
Lots of shopping and restaurant near by.

An excellent hotel that is clean an comfortable, the breakfast is modest but coffee is good!

The hotel good, everything is pretty new. The room was big, the bathroom clean and modern. Bed is confortable. The personal is very nicely, vers helpful. The only negative comment I have is the dust. During my stay, no vacuum has been used, so there was dust concentration at some corner of the room. But still the room was clean in global.
