The hotel was excellent as I had to move last minute due to a bad experience at another hotel. Everything you’d expect of a 4/5 star with helpful and attentive staff. My only concern would be the smoking - unfortunately smoke from other parts spread into other non smoking areas. That aside - everything was great.

The view from the room was extraordinary beautiful. Everything was clean and the room amenities were modern.

Exactly what you expect from a 5 Star hotel. It is located in a great location with wonderful and helpful staff with no language barriers, all amenities you need, the best view, great restaurants at the property and surroundings, and the room although somewhat small but it was accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing from start to finish. A very chic, small boutique hotel right in the heart of it all. The staff were amazing from the moment we arrived, all the way through. We had room 903 and the view of the Bosphorus was mesmerizing! Breakfast was delicious (the tomatoes are the juiciest, and yoghurt with spinach dip is divine), room service was the fastest we’ve ever had and the quality of food was 5 star. Would highly recommend and we will stay again in the future. I didn’t use the spa but my friend said the jacuzzi was a little on the cold side, but I cannot comment. A great find if you like a cool, chic, modern hotel, but not the crowds

Mouth watering foods and in house services. Excellent view from the room. What else can someone ask from a hotel experience far from home. Highly recommended. Will stay in the same place next time ❤️

Really great property with amazing views in Istanbul. Though I had booked a room with a twin bed they upgraded me to a king sized bed at a higher floor; clean and spacious.
