I had a great stay at Art Villa Hostel! The air conditioning was fantastic compared to other places in the island, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Make sure to bring your own amenities like shampoo and shower gel, as they don’t provide those. Pillows not very comfortable but they changed them for us.
The breakfast included was a nice local dish, and they even prepared coffee for us ahead of opening on the day of our excursion.
Additionally, booking trips through the hostel was cheaper than other places. Kudos to Daniel, the owner, for his humor and hospitality and for his team —it truly made our stay memorable.

This hotel is a hidden gem!! I stayed for two nights and I must say I had a great time. The hotel is near the beach and there’s a few restaurants in the area. The staff was amazing from checking in to Setting up transportation to the airport.I'm already planning my return trip..See y’all soon

Perfect for what I needed: private parking, good a/c, towels, bed and it had a safe in the room. Olga at the front desk was very professional and accommodating. I spent one night because I needed a place to sleep and shower for a couple of hours.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. It was a quiet street in a very local side of the city and very close to the beach. Some small supermarkets in the area or same street, an excursion agency in the same street on the way to the beach, many restaurants in the area. Perfect for people that want to enjoy holidays on their own way without "all inclusive" option.

Great experience.
Let me start by saying that check in is available 24/7 and both the day manager and the night manager were extremely helpful and went above and beyond. Although the building is not new it’s well appointed, and has a nice feel. Conveniently located a couple blocks from the beach and can be walked in a few minutes, there are places to eat nearby as well as stores to shop within a few minutes walk. Several Dominican food restaurants nearby also got those courageous enough to try out the local food, which I highly recommend. The free breakfast option is worth the price and their coffee is good.

Very friendly staff, delicious breakfast and what’s even better was the location on how close it was to the beach. Looked at all the hotels I could’ve chosen and this was by far the best in the area. Breakfast was always served hot, delicious and fast with a tasty bowl of fresh fruits(if you’re a coffee drinker they have delicious coffee) I will seriously miss Punta Cana and both AM Alex and the PM Alex. If I decide to come back to Punta Cana again I for sure know where I will be staying.
