GPS misguided us but onve found it was very nice. Great breakfast, room very clean. Walk-in shower was appreciated. Not a far drive to Savannah

There was blood in our room, in the toilet and on two different walls and the couch. Unfortunately they were completely booked with no other rooms to move us to so we washed the walls off and did not go anywhere near the couch. We reported to the front desk and were given Hilton rewards points but the biggest thing is that we wanted it to be known so they can make sure nothing like that ever happens again in any of the rooms. We were there for a baseball tournament and was there with the team so we stayed. Everything else in the room was clean and good. The breakfast needs a lot of help though.

We stayed at this hotel traveling to and from Tampa Fla to Calabash NC. It was a fairly new hotel that was convenient off Interstate 95 and close to many restaurants. The hotel was clean with a very friendly & courteous staff. I would definitely recommend it for your travels.

We had a poor experience with the morning breakfast- the breakfast staff was not available to assist with a problem with the coffee and the breakfast bar. Did make our problems known to the front desk staff who stated she would notify management of our issues

I don’t typically leave reviews – but we had such a great day I had to. This is such a great place for a family. We loved having access to the workout room, pool, patios. Breakfast was great and most of all we love having a kitchen in the room. it was so special having her name on the TV when we walked in the room as well.

Room not ready when arrived . Had to wait 70 minutes for room to be cleaned. Key card was not reset on Saturday to get in room. At arrival not given complimentary water. Ist time and last stay at home 2 suites.

Overall, very pleased with the hotel. Off the beaten track, which is fine. We had the King Suite with roll-in shower (only suite available). Wished the shower curtail reached the floor, as showering left the floor outside the shower area wet and slippery. The only real negative was the breakfast, which left much to be desired. Coffee was very weak, choice was limited and there were no freshly made items such as bacon, eggs or grits. On the positive side, the room was clean, the bed very comfortable, the (suite) layout excellent, noise insulation excellent and the staff pleasant

Bed bugs!!!!!! Be aware!!! You’ve been warned!! Be early for breakfast because they stop refills 20mins before the end time. You’ll literally have scraps.

Good hotel. New, fresh and comfortable. The only complaint i would have would be the breakfast. It goes until 9am, but at 8:40 they were not restocking things and there was a whole line of people to eat. Other than that, it was a great, clean place.

Our stay was good. The suite was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen area had a nice size refrigerator, microwave and you could get a small stove top if you wanted one. You had real dishes to use and a dishwasher. We really enjoyed our stay.

Everything great, except for one minor issue with the bathroom door: no handle, cannot lock.

Overall was pretty nice. It’s a brand new hotel so very modern and clean rooms, very spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Loved the pool area, very nice with good seating and lots of shade. Literally my only complaint is the breakfast. It was the same thing every single day, no rotating items as most hotels do (we stayed 5 nights) which probably wouldn’t be so bad if the items weren’t so bad. Every day the breakfast sandwich bread was hard as a rock and the juices were watered down as an example and there could be a better variety. It really seemed like they just didn’t care about the quality of the breakfast which sucks cause everything else was great. Thankfully there’s a Dunkin’ right by the hotel which helped fill in the breakfast/coffee gaps.

Everything was great about this facility. My first time at the brand and i enjoyed it. Clean rooms, safe pool, friendly staff.

The room was very clean and quiet with blackout shades, and the beds were comfortable.

Room was not ready until two hours after check in time, hair in shower, wrestling noises all night long and when I called the front desk, no one took care of the issue. Had to go down, knock on the door and resolve it myself. Noises continued. Was told the manager would call me to resolve, but never got a call. Book somewhere else.

Hey ended breakfast before the stated time. We don’t get the rooms that’s we reserved, just a very unorganized stay. We will not return.

Property was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good. Breakfast eating area is quite small and gets crowded in the morning. Overall, the stay was enjoyable.

Hotel was rated so high on Expedia and we were confident it was going to be great. We arrived late to spend one night on the way to Florida. In the morning, kids started noticing little black bugs on their legs that were biting them. Upon checking the room, we noticed our socks that were on the floor were infested with tiny black bugs that jump, which appear to be fleas. We stayed in room 318. We had to leave personal clothing items and get out of there ASAP. I took a quick shower and noticed about 10 fleas being washed down from my body. We immediately went down to the front desk to let them know. A girl at the front desk was apologizing and said she would let her manager know. After not hearing back from the hotel after we left, I contacted Expedia just for a follow up. Expedia agent informed me that the management was going to call the professionals, investigate and make a decision whether to refund us. They can just go in the room and see for them selves but ok. Honestly, refund is the least of my worries. We are now worried that we are bringing those insects home with us and how many others that stayed there or will stay there and not even notice it or even worse have a pet with them that will get infested. This is not okay. They need to take care of this ASAP!

My new go to any time I’m in the area , don’t be fooled by other reviews there is no noise at all from any train , as matter of fact didn’t even know there was a train. It’s a wonderful nights sleep, friendly staff and clean property!
