Great place everyone was a delight a lot of activities to do and shows at night. Good music from the dj in the club. Recommend to anyone to go. Will return to stay soon.

I have been robbed there. My case is not the only one case, there are a lot of guests who lost their money in a very veird circumstances. Rooms are dirty, very poor English knowledge of hotel stuff. The food is ok but only ok- not really Dominican, the fruits are sour and unripe- I expected by that location fruits would taste amazing and it is like that but not in this hotel. The waiters didn’t react on questions or forgot about my orders several times. Hotel which allows to robber their guest shouldn’t have 5 starts.

First time at the Serenade Punta Cana. This is a newer hotel and you can see it was very well planned with everything they did. I liked it becaue it was smaller in size, i did not have to take tram car to get to the beach or the buffett. Check in was easy and quick, i asked for an upgrade and was given a beautiful suite with two bathrooms and one bedroom with a pull out couoch bed. The food was excellent, Breakfast lunch and dinner.I had the pleasure of meeting Joandel Cayetano, he was always there for all of us, making sure are drinks were always refilled. Just a perfect helper to all of us. Also Yandys Guerrero and Pelagia Ramirez. Both again very helpful i never had to ask for anything they were always right there. Pebel and Freddy made sure we had everything we needed and cant forget Pedito Rosa .The Captain Victor and Hostess Soribel made sure everything in the buffet ran smoothly. They have a beautiful theater were we saw some good shows. I just wish they would get the theater Air conditioned as it would be warm in side.. We were there for Hollowen and the hotel was decorted so nice. They even had a little haunted house for the kids...All the pools were nice, great water park, and the beach my favotie of all. Very few waves and always chairs to find. This is a beautiful hotel perfect for relaxing, and nce for kids. Hopefully i will return soon. Thank you to all the people that work there you were all great.

The resort was beautiful. Housekeeping came everyday and cleaned our rooms. We went to the spa and even upgraded our stay to gold. Our concierge Marcos was amazing. We will be back in the near future

Overall, very mediocre experience with this hotel. waiters for the most part very nice and helpful, management has a lot of room for improvement. my main concern is that there is no info about restaurant booking at all and if you reserve this place today for today, you cant make a reservation for the restaurants... and despite all our attempts explaining guest services that we made a booking today and staying just for one night did not help at all. Buffet was so-so at the most. rooms where very smelly and drain issues was at every tub and sink. we travel at least once a month and stay at quite a few hotels in DR and this is the only one where I feel like wasting my time and express my opinion, all previous experience where just a straight 5 star!

This resort was absolutely amazing. There was plenty to do for lovers, friends, and families. If you wanted to avoid the kiddos, just book the adults only side, only a 2 min walk from the main resort area. We’re ready to go back again!

My recent stay at Serenade Hotel was quite disappointing. While I encountered friendly staff like Yohaira at reception and a few others at the buffet and ice cream station, the overall service was poor and unmotivated, especially at the bar, where there seemed to be no interest in serving guests. The food was a highlight, with an exquisite buffet, and the massage service was good, though expensive compared to other higher-quality hotels we’ve visited.
However, the facilities were lacking. Many bathrooms, both in the rooms and public areas, had a bad odor, and the hotel management seemed to be failing. The staff lacked motivation, even with tips. The beach, although featuring beautiful sand, was full of seaweed and wasn’t cleaned properly. The towel system was inconvenient, requiring guests to carry wet towels around all day.
The recreation options were limited, but the entertainment team worked very hard to make the stay enjoyable. Unfortunately, the children’s outdoor playground was unusable, as it was always wet, despite no rain. In summary, the hotel does not live up to its star rating, and overall guest dissatisfaction was widespread.

This is our 3rd visit with the resort. This visit is only 4/5 as during check in we waited 45 mins just to get our room. We booked our hotel on April so they know a head of time. We were from our 12 hrs total travel. We arrived around 1400 in the hotel. We have a kid and we were tired. The hotel rooms are not clean as before when we visit in 2022. Its getting old now. I invited 2 of my friends and they like it but night life in the resort is not that good. Music sucks. They should play good music.

I typed a full review but it’s too long lol 5 Stars plus! Food, Staff, Entertainment, Pools and rooms all 10/10. Highly recommended. Small tips go a long way to helping the experience. Only downside was Expand people trying to sell their members club like vultures, and sometimes pushy excursion sales people. Other than that literally trio of a lifetime. If there’s a way for me to post my full review you’ll get a deeper appreciation for this resort! Can’t wait to go back!

The resort size is very decent. The rooms was too big and so clean.
The rooms, the cleanliness, the entertainment were amazing.
The staff was very friendly specially the entertainment team was the best.
But they need to work on the lunch /dinner buffet to provide more options also on meat quality all over the resort restaurants.
They need to put an AC on the theater, however the show every night was amazing but we’re suffering from the heat.
We tried the steak house and the service was too slow, we got our order after an hour waiting missing 2 items and even when we tried to order the dessert, the server told us one moment and never came back so we left so mad, he saw us leaving and he never tried to apologize or explain.
We enjoyed the Japanese restaurant.

This was my first time coming to an all-inclusive and I would say it was amazing! This property was great, all the rooms and the resort itself was super clean. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating. I would definitely refer to others.

Myself and my friends will be back. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Your staff is super friendly and every detail up to par. It was my first all inclusive stay so I was a little confused and not speaking Spanish made it difficult to me to communicate that but I got it pretty quick. Awesome idea to have things so convenient in one place. The more comfortable people are the more they’ll visit.
