It’s really a rooming house. No breakfast served. You get a 10 credit pp which ends up costing you money. The restaurants on the list are not within walking distance. The bathroom is it in your room (Baldwin room) and the lights in hallway must stay on due to safety so difficult to go back to sleep. The pool is in a different area you have to walk on an unpaved grassy backyard. Would not recommend

The voucher does not cover the cost of local breakfast. The house we stayed in was beautiful and built in the 1920’s but it was the carriage house that has pictures in the advertisement, not the main house.

My wife and I only stayed one night in the Lords Suite and it was very nice. Excellent dining within walking distance. Enjoyed a nice dip in the pool too.
Would definitely recommend.

May be the best air bnb I have ever stayed in. A beautiful spot with a well maintained and clean home. The historical (antique) touches really give you a sense of the history. The communication by the owner is the exceptional. Everything has been though of including a black towel for make up removal. Very central. Would 100% stay again.

Charming BnB. The room was spacious and the bathroom was very large and well appointed. The grounds were serene and lovely. It was well within walking distance to restaurants and the college.. The breakfast options were a little weak .

Mayor Lord's is a lovely property. The carriage house is spacious and lovingly decorated. However, with an absent host by design it is a rather cold place. Excellent stay! Very clean, comfortable. Access to the kitchen equipment was a pleasant bonus. Would recommend and would definitely stay again. Sherry, the owner, host and housekeeper was very friendly and helpful if needed anything.

We stayed at Mayor Lord's for a parents' weekend at Allegheny College and it was perfect. We walked to campus to see our student and enjoyed the community breakfasts. The setting was quiet, scenic and easy to find.

This is the best place for parents to stay while visiting their Gators. Its so close to campus and beautifully uniqe.

We stayed in Clare's Room in the carriage house, and it was fantastic! The room is gorgeous and spacious, and the shared spaces (kitchen, dining, sitting areas) are also beautiful and comfortable. The manager was always available and friendly and helpful, and we had everything we needed. We loved spending the weekend here, and we'll be back.

Very spacious rooms, nice bathroom, kitchen area had everything I needed for a 4 day stay. The only item that was unexpected was the noise generated from the apartment above the Garden Studio. Fortunately it wasn't often and didn't last long but it did happen very early one morning.

We were in town for a family reunion. This place was very convenient for our needs. The room was amazing. The bed was very comfortable. I can't say enough good things about the Mayor Lord.

This is a very beautiful place. The house has been wonderfully restored. The bedroom was huge with a good size bathroom and walk-in closet. Surrounded by a stockade fence, the property is very private despite being in the middle of town and encompasses at least an acre of beautiful landscaping and a pool.
