My stay over all was nice the only issue I had was with the air condition, you set it on a certain level but never goes to that instead it gets cold so I and to turn it off. But other than that staff are nice and good is good. Location is also nice

Was told via hotel chat that they would change my dates of stay. They never did. Then they refused to reimburse. Terrible ethics. Now Hotels won’t publish. Probably because it is negative.

The location is excellent for walking to shops and restaurants with lovely views of the marina outside. The hotel staff were very polite and attentive.
The carpets in the room were not so clean. The only criticism.

My 2 night stay was pleasant and I would return for future visits to Muscat. The room was clean and the Marina view was beautiful. I enjoyed the proximity to nearby restaurants and there was no need to leave the area.

Great location in Al Mouj, surrounded by cafes and restaurants. Very comfortable room, but overpriced.
Asked for sea view, which OK but was slighlty spoiled by construction in front of the hotel.
Long wait for check-in, despite phoning ahead. Took forever to get housekeeping to bring some small items.
I don't know why the roof-top pool closes at 6.00pm - just when the sun is setting and you can great views, they start clearing the sunbeds and move you out.
Breakfast is fine but be prepared to wait for any cooked eggs.
Overall slightly disappointed especially given the cost.
