This experience was wonderful!! The hotel was in perfect condition, very clean, beautifully decorated for the holidays, everyone was so friendly, rooms were gorgeous, great location to walk to everything, and overall just wonderful!

Amazing. It was in the heart of downtown and close to everything. The room was beautiful, clean and modern. I loved how I could open the shades and drapes at the press of a butting. The bed was perfect and comfortable. It was truly luxurious and I can’t wait to come back.

It was a slightly higher end hotel than I am used to staying in, but if my budget allows, I'll stay there again in the future.

I stayed at this hotel based on reviews and price at the time of booking for such an upscale hotel, and it did not disappoint. Everything about the stay from room, service, amenities, etc., were awesome. We walked everywhere…if you don’t mind a 10-15 min walk. If I was ever in the area, I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was wonderful, always available to help us . The cleaning staff came by every night to check on us and bring us water and some candy. The lounge was very nice and the food was great.The room was clean and really nice.

My wife and I came and stayed for 2 nights. Hotel staff was able to get us a very early check in. Hotel is very clean and well kept by staff. Room was modern and beautiful, very impressed with cleaning staff. In room dining was amazing and Xylia spa was also a great experience for our trip. Pool is also very unique and hot tub is open early and provides a great relaxing experience. Overall I don’t have one negative thing to say about our stay. Every member of the staff was very nice, friendly and accommodating. Can’t wait to come back and visit!

Great stay at this luxury hotel. Service was fantastic from front desk to maid service. Saksham at the front desk was more than accommodating. He even offered us a complimentary upgrade to a bigger room. Loved our stay, and would definitely book again!

The hotel is modern and clean. The staff are friendly and efficient. I appreciated the easy communication with the staff and the proximity to Robson Street. I would definitely stay here again.

For a thousand dollars a night you shouldn’t have to listen to a night club pounding to the 7th floor. The rest was great if I didn’t finally get to sleep at 3am I would almost recommend it

Room itself was ok. There is no door for the shower, so you won’t have privacy while taking a shower. Lots of noise in the lobby from the bar that is connected to the hotel. Disappointed that my request for a late check was denied.

Property was beautiful and clean great access to Vancouver shopping and restaurants. The concierge Andrew was amazing. Only comment is please replace the pancake pillows!

Beautiful hotel and impeccable service. We stayed in the two queen room which had a full living area with sofa and chairs. There were four of us including our two fully grown teenagers and there was more than enough room. The price was reasonable for that time of year in Vancouver.
