My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Conrad. Their coordination and their thoughtful acts of thoughtfulness made us feed so special. This is definitely a hotel we will want to come back to in Manila.

Checking in was terrible and I was given a hard time. It was not smooth as I thought when it comes to checking in. The room and vibes were creepy and old. The lights were too dim for my taste. I only slept 3 hours and the most unpleasant stay I have ever experience.

The hotel is very clean, quiet, and safe. I loved the staff, they are very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Food options either in the hotel restaurants or the mall near by is really great. We could not use the pool area as it was raining when we stayed there but the pool looked really good.

Conrad Manila made our staycation for a 2-day concert at the Mall of Asia Arena so comfortable, convenient, relaxing and enjoyable. All staff were warm, polite, helpful and welcoming, acknowledging us as fans of the musicians who were performing. Hospitality like that makes us want to come back again. We enjoyed the swimming pool, restaurants and room service very much as well. The food was
excellent, everything we ate was fresh, delicious and made with the best ingredients. The rooms were clean and well-appointed. The bed was so comfortable. The property is well maintained. We booked a deluxe room with a bay view and it was beautiful. The only downside is that, through no fault of the hotel's, the bay view is set to disappear once the government's land reclamation project is completed.

Superb 5 stars we felt safe great ambiance and great atmosphere walkable from inside to the mall of asia and a very impressive breakfast feast basically half board is an excellent choice they go up and beyond to make you feel comfortable and at home, Top Notch quality.

The staff have been amazing - from check in onwards. The room is lovely, looking over the bay, and very comfortable. We have really enjoyed our stay - getting to see Manila thanks to the wonderful concierge staff, explore the malls and make use of both the pool and the gym (which was truly excellent). Thank you

Great place. We enjoyed the view of Manila Bay Sunset. We danced to the music at the lounge by the bar. We had a great time prior to our flight to Chicago.

I reserved a diplomatic bay view suite but I was very disappointed with the ongoing reclamation work! I feel that I wasted my money! The beautiful Manila bay view was gone! It was sad, we were not able to see the beautiful sunset as well. The buffet at brasserie on 3 was also not good! But I still commend the staff for their excellent service!
