Found this hotel very clean. Staff was very pleasant both at check-in and check-out. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was nice an hot.

My only issue was asking the front desk if we could delay our checkout time from 12 noon to 1:30pm. This was due to our flight leaving at 3:06pm. The front desk person advised we could only delay our stay to 12:30pm versus 1:30pm. I assumed that our room was booked following our stay, however the hotel didn't seem fully occupied.

We requested couple extra pillows and they were denied to us and when we requested extra hands towels they questioned why and what for. When we requested to cancel our stay she denied to cancel and they charged us parking which we were not even there. We will never recommend anyone to stay in Fairfield.

Staff very friendly and the room was nice and clean. Not a ton of frills but we didn’t need any. Bed was comfortable and the place was clean which is what we needed

Stayed for an overnight layover, comfy bed, the standard good breakfast included is always appreciated. Got to the airport on time with the free shuttle. All good.

We were in Florida for personal reasons, we needed a place to stay close by the airport. This hotel was perfect. It’s being renovated, the renovations look great.

The location to Tampa International Airport was excellent. 4 minutes away…easy to get there…no traffic to contend with, we plan to stay there again the next time we’re in Tampa.
