The hotel is 5 Star all the way. Staff is friendly and helpful, facilties are wonderful. This was my second stay at Marunouchi and i would retrun in a heartbeat. The location cannot be beat.

The hotel was conveniently located to Tokyo Station and made getting around Tokyo very easy. Walkable to the Imperial Palace and Modern Art Museum

Very convenient to Tokyo Station. Wonderful stay, clean and quiet even during their renovation period. Hotel staff are always very professional and accommodating.

Room was very spacious and had a small Japanese style living area. Beds firm but not hard and walk in shower was huge. All hotel staff very professional and friendly. The hotel is located across the road from Tokyo station and there is an underground passage to the station from B1 floor.

The hotel was perfectly located for visiting the city, directly across from the Tokyo Station, so access to the subway and trains was super easy. Walking distance to the Imperial Palace and the Museum of Modern Art. Rooms are a little small, but we weren’t spending much time in the room. Would definitely recommend the Hotel.

One night stay before flight. Looked impressive and lobby and restaurant pleasant. Rooms small and dated with shower over bath. So many staff and all very helpful. Booked a double but only available was twin. Hotels.com led down here as confirmation did not specify. Hotel gave leaflet on refurbishing being carried out over 2yrs and noise expected during middle of day. Not an issue as arrived late and left early but would have been nice to know before booking - again Hotels.com ! No english TV, not even news. Underground walkways to Tokyo central station

Although the hotel was undergoing renovations, we never heard or were inconvenienced by them. As tourists we were gone most of the day. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the western breakfasts every day. Many delicious choices were available. Being connected to Tokyo station was also very convenient.

The reception staff, dining staff and housekeeping staff were excellent. The room was immaculate and comfortable and being adjacent to Tokyo Station made was a bonus as it was easy to travel on the metro and Shinkansen.

We picked this hotel because it is next to the main train station in Tokyo and we weren't sure about finding our way around town without knowing the language. We really lucked out for our first trip to Japan. The room was large and impeccably clean, the view was amazing, the staff were helpful and friendly. They cater to local and international business travel so you can expect coffee and tea in the rooms and a basket of complimentary grooming items. The two styles of breakfast are delicious (and large). The hotel warned us that they were under renovation, but we didn't see or hear anything. They also offer baggage transfer which was easy and efficient.

Staff was exceptionally nice Location was right by the main train station, but nevertheless the rooms were very quiet. This is partly because check in is on the 7th floor, and the rooms were on the 17th, but the sound proofing is great, anyway.

Excellent service. Very convenient location direct from Narita express & with the station being right there makes it a great base to explore Tokyo. Plenty of nearby dining options.
