I no make me pay for parking when there is ample room to park. Room and hotel are new and was very nice. Whatever they had in there scent machine in entrance where you check in it was choking me. If someone has asthma they will have an attack.

Spacious clean room. Super breakfast. Located within walking distance of restaurants, bars, baseball field. Nice gym and pool. No social time as mentioned. No lounge. Paid parking which I’ve never encountered with a lot that was like every other lot in every other hotel and have never paid for! Wouldn’t be my first choice next trip.

The hotel itself is very nice the rooms are bright and large and extremely comfortable. The breakfast was good as well. My problem is that I booked this hotel knowing it had an outdoor pool. I was spending the weekend with my daughter-in-law and my granddaughter who is five years old. I drove seven hours to meet them in Oklahoma City. When we checked in nothing was said that the pool was out of commission. We didn’t find out Until an hour later when we walked downstairs to the pool area in our swimsuits and pool toys, install a very green murky pool. Nothing was said to me at check-in. If I had known before I checked in I would have searched for another hotel in the Oklahoma City area that had an outdoor pool. But after a 7 hour drive and my grand daughter being excited about the room(we were already unpacked and settled in) we decided to stay put. So I paid full price for a hotel that its main amenity wasn’t available. All the manager would do was apologize.

Pool was closed and after a long road trip the kids just wanted to be in the pool. If I had known the pool was out of order we would have booked somewhere else. The shower didn’t drain and someone could slip easily because of that. The toilet kept making noises during the night.

We called early if we could check in at 2pm verse standard check in at 3, they stayed no, but at 3, room would be ready. We arrive and they say sorry your room still is not ready at 3:45pm. Staff member stated they would come get us in waiting room, after 30min. I see housekeeping leaving for their shift. I ask the front desk if my room is now ready, they act surprised and say yes of course! I was annoyed they didn’t acknowledge their mistakes.

Spacious room. Laundry facilities on site which was great as we were traveling with kids. Nice gym facilities. Close to Bricktown.

This a an adequate place to stay. Thought the $12 charge for surface parking lot should be reconsidered.

The only complaint I have is the train tracks are right next to hotel and is loud at times. Besides that is is a great value for the price, clean and comfortable.

The staff were very nice but there was one morning many of the breakfast items & drinks were empty. There was at least 30-40 more minutes of breakfast time and the kitchen staff were in their area laughing and having a great time and tables were not wiped off. My husband asked them for eggs and about 8-10min later they brought him his own plate and then shortly after refilled the serving dish for everyone else. Also, we used expedia to book and they include the fees in their price. Upon check in we were told it was another $12 a day for parking. My husband and i felt taken advantage of by the hotel. This wasn't prior knowledge and was deceptive to appear to offer a lower room price but charge more at check in under the guise of parking.
