The hotel was nice looking, and the staff was friendly. However, we had several issues - the most important being how incredibly uncomfortable the King bed was. Like a slab of concrete. The sofa was also hard as a rock, not at all nice to sit on. We were in room 2206, in a non-smoking hotel. We had our balcony door open to enjoy the incredible oceanfront views/breeze, but it was ruined because the people in the room above us were smoking on a regular basis. It whipped right into our room, smell was awful. We complained to the front desk, who said they could do nothing without seeing it. That destroyed the whole point of an oceanfront room. Not having housekeeping everyday was also a disappointment. We got no clean towels, fresh coffee on our 2nd day, and no place to put trash (maybe we were supposed to carry it to the lobby?) I don't know.

I think the front desk staff should tell the people checking a liitle about the hotel like where the gym is, bars, pools etc. I figured it out but would have saved time

Staff was great, interior was modern and clean, pool area was cleaned daily but a lot of dirty people in and out led to a lot of junk floating around the pool and in one case a large "palmetto bug" floating around the lazy river.

Disability accommodation is limited especially parking. Staff member called us past 12:00 am to remove our car stating it is not a parking spot and due to emergency, although the staff told us to park there. No clean service although we left multiple msgs at reception desk asking for room service. I spoke with the manager, Ashley Neumann, and provided my feedback. She said she will call me back to address it and she never did. This is disappointing! My husband needs to feel included in any family vacation and this specific hotel made him feel excluded especially after receiving a call in the middle of the night, waking us up and causing distress with my husband seizure/ immobile situation.

I think this is a great property. I booked solely based on the available accessible roll in shower but every aspect of our stay was awesome. The front desk and the maintenance staff were super kind and helpful and did a great job with all our requests. Highly recommended!!
