40 Plus stays at the facility. They treat your like family. Parking for Gold Members makes my life easy. Always when possible honors the upgrades. When I choose to stay for a mid range costs, at a high quality accommodation with an amazing location I pick this hotel. They are always improving. I am not here for concerts and exclusively for work and the price point as it is on non concert days for A List talent at the surrounding facilities makes this hotel A+ value. I also can not speak higher of the staff. From the frontdesk to the housekeeping staff, turndown service with pillow mists and chocolate happens at 6PM if you ask the team member while A list Performances happen at the stadium, A list staff are at this hotel!

We received an embroidered towel as a gift and realized we had left it behind once we got home. The housekeeping staff went above and beyond to find and ensure its safe return to us. Exceptional service at every level for a centrally located, chic hotel.

Everything above expectations for the price. Only had issues with Netflix logging me out every 10 minutes. Moved rooms but the issue seems to be system wide. Would recommend Hotel however to anyone staying in Vancouver.

Great room and location but hallway noise was loud and walls very thin

It's an absolutely beautiful hotel and a great spot in Vancouver it had awesome views and great location if you're going down for a hockey game or doing anything at the BC place. The pool is open late which was a plus after a late day of hanging out in Vancouver. And the bed is very comfy with lots of different pillows to choose from. The check in experience is very professional and knowledgeable with the area.
