Excellent hotel. Hight standard, very friendly, helpfull and attentive staff. I really enjoyed my short stay.
The room was spacious, clean and offered everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
Breakfast goes in line with the standard: high level and of best quality.
The location is also pretty nice; close to Dubai Mall and the Dubai Mall metro station.

pool was closed and it is not stated on expedia anywhere I took pictures no where did it say that the pool was closed for maintenance for the past few months. this is the reason we booked 2 rooms in this hotel

Ah, the joys of our Dubai babymoon adventure. Two whole nights out of eight - Booked for that picture-perfect infinity pool? Plot twist: it's closed, we received information that it was closed until 5th of August, but nah.. Would've been nice to know before check-in, but who needs information when booking, anyway?
Hungry for lunch? Hope you like lobby cafeteria tart vibes, because the restaurants decided to take a vacation too, even the receptionist looked clueless when I asked where we can eat lunch.
Want some ambiance? Enjoy the soothing sounds of our mini-fridge's best impression of a submarine, accompanied by the room's mysterious buzzing symphony. Pro tip: put your ear to the pillow for the full 4D experience… Feel the excitement as the door vibrates like it's trying to escape. Is it the wind? Is it the pressure? Is it the hotel's way of saying "get out while you can"? Or maybe you just love vacuum cleaning at 01:00 AM, not sure who thought of that brilliant idea.
Security on level 54 was really rude, had to Ronaldinho first her, then later him just to check the rooftop lounge and have a shisha.
Overall I’m actually disappointed, I’ve always liked Address was a dream 10 years ago to stay in their hotels. Their slogan "where life happens" feels a bit optimistic for this particular hotel. At this rate, we're getting Rove Hotel thrills at luxury hotel bills. At least we got late check out.

Pictures don’t do this hotel justice honestly. It’s about a 10-15 min walk to the mall but There Is a tunnel that connects the mall to the hotel.
The hotel is very nice. Service is great. Maid service is great. Stunning views.

I left a day before because the only reason why I went to this hotel was for the infinity pool and nobody notify me the pool was closed I’m extremely mad about it I complain nobody seem like they care so I left I want a refund of this because it’s unfair that you don’t notify the customers

Area isolated. Pool closes early, then one has to change into different clothes because it becomes some sort of bar with minimum spending limits to get a table. Alway feels contrived exclusive. But overall a good property with cool views of Burj.
