I loved the smell of this place. It screams SPA!!!! The decor is amazing and the room was absolutely relaxing and romantic. Perfect for a couples romantic getaway. The pool on the rooftop and view is breathtaking.

Property is beautiful, staff are wonderful. However, the restaurant was closed and the elevator was broken for a week. Challenging to go to 3rd/4th floors. Staff carried luggage for us

And the AC unit did not disappoint! Chile, the hotel provided o:live personalized robes, slippers, shower cap, and bath loofah sponge. And let’s not forget, a personalized welcome letter, sealed and delivered! The staff was amazing… helpful, quick to response and they went above and beyond to make sure the guests were satisfied. The staff welcomed us with shots of coquito… very delicious! We were accommodated with an early check in and they delivered our luggage to our room while we were out eating lunch trying to kill time. The hotel is very close to the best restaurants, bars and retail stores. I recommend this hotel 10 out of 10 and will be returning again!
