This property is great for local experience! I have been to all stars type places, and this place is great in my opinion. Grab supplies from a few blocks away for a week or month. What i paid for a week in January, I was more than happy.I probably could have tipped a bit more.

I like the price with Expedia, I rebook and jack the price. You only get one towel per guess. But, at less ther change it every other day Also, with the bed sheets. The extra and change every 5th day. The bricks are lose especially around the pool. I got bitten by mosquitoes and lots of fly. So, long you don't open the window it fine. Is pretty quiet during the week days. I was able to relax.

The next room was not any better. There were amenities left such as coffee maker and safety box did not have batteries to use. The trash in kitchen was full. And some dishes were dirty. The safety box was not usable at all. Very disappointing period!

None of it felt luxury, if anything it looked like it tried to be luxury but failed in so many ways. Not worth the money.

I have had the worst experience in this hotel I did my check out on February 25,2023 and realized that the pouch where I had $8,500 in cash was left in the room we then contact the property they answered and hung up the phone and continued calling and no answer we then assumed the office would be closed. Next Morning Feb 26th at 6:30 am thinking they were open already and they opened til 9am I spoke to management and the workers and had no solution instead of helping us with the issue they would speak between themselves. I contacted the police where now there's an investigation going on, we are now waiting on a response.

They never change our sheets or towels during the whole trip (6days) we had to ask for toilet paper and more towels, they never came in to change the garbage or sweep and mop the floor, when we arrived they told us that they would do it every other day but it never happened i asked multiple times and nothing..

The property looks nothing like the photos. The room has water damage and a serious smell of damp. The AC didn't work. Generally just a run down old establishment . The neighbourhood is very sketchy. I would for sure not feel safe if travelling as a solo woman. It was fine for an evening before flying out from PUJ, but don't expect anything more than a bed and a bad smell.

The apt. was huge, with a nice kichen with utensils. It even had a blender, which was nice. Also, not expensivre, tho prices fluctuate. The only problem, was it serms someone came through my window, stole $70., my new cell phone, and my debit card. They then put put card back in my room, after making about $1000. in charges. I don't think anyone working at the hotel, had anything to do with it. They were actually, very sympathetic.

On site office with friendly, english speaking staff. Large supermarket, Ole, is walking distance, (less than 1 km). Fast food available in Ole and in adjacent parking lot. (Pizza Hut, BBQ chicken)

I was not at all satisfied whip the overall location of this property. Do not be fooled by the pictures that are shown on their website. This property is not in a good location at all. If you are a tourist and not from Dominican Republic or speak Spanish fluently this would not be a great place for you to stay. I was scheduled to stay there for seven nights because I was misled by the sites pictures and overall view but when I arrived boy was I in for a surprise. This place look nothing like the way it was shown in the websites. I instantly knew that I was not staying in this place feeling unsafe. The actual apartment had nice size bedrooms but the patio doors would not lock. There are no decent views from the balcony or the windows other than other people's apartment with dirty laundry hanging out on the banisters. Feeling unsafe I decided to only stay there one night and I asked for a refund for the other nights in which I was charged for and was refused the money in which they charged. So I paid for seven nights and only stayed there one night and was not compensated for anything. This was by far the worst service in which I have ever experienced in my life. It asks for a photo of my stay but I cannot give you a photo because there was nothing interesting to take a picture of.
