The unit has been updated & has had modern appliances installed, it hasn't hidden the original 70's style.

Well situated for all that Lake Taupo has to offer.
Rooms are great, shower was amazing (!)
All amenties provided, especially if you are self catering.
Easy walking distances to cafes etc.
(Check out Body Fuel Cafe - fabulous food, great service and if you have food allergies you are more than catered for here)

The staff were lovely and the room was very clean. Had aircon and sky TV which was great for the really warm night and was so close to Taupo attractions.

It was easy to find and stayed open till we arrived which was after hours.

Room was small but the bathroom was very roomy ,(big enough to store the bike!) parking limited and quite tight. But Lake Breeze handy to town and close to lake. Was good for our 2 night stay. Would stay again.

Nice quiet motel. Bed was comfortable, shower was great although was positioned so you had to stand in the spa tub to use it.

Nice place close to town and the lake. Good sized rooms with all the ammenities required. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice place to stay. Very quiet with off street parking. Staff were very helpful as we arrived later in the evening. Left us info on how to pick up the key fter hours. Huge bed.

I liked it was close to the lake and quite central to everything around us, room was a nice size, clean, with good amenities, front desk lady was very pleasant and welcoming.

I had a great stay at Courtney Motel. The hotel is an older style block brick single level kiwi hotel but provided everything I needed. Lots of space in the room with a small kitchenette. Alought the fixtures were older everything was in great working order and most importantly clean. Would be good to have a bin in the bathroom and a recycle option although I could have investigated the large wheely bins out front a bit more closely. A Short drive into town. I just had a few noise issues with people in the room next door talking and singing loudly with their front door open. I am very sensitive to noises so I get a bit anxious.
