Due to the inclement weather conditions caused by a storm the night before my visit, the staff did everything reasonably possible to accommodate guests. The facility was forced to operate with a backup generator. I commend the staff for making the best of an unfortunate situation. I witnessed staff providing care and coordination to a few senior citizens with health conditions and limitations and adhering to ADA guidelines for accessibility on the 1st floor. I also witnessed staff de-escalating a disgruntled guest, who had an issue with her credit card being charged, which caused her account to be overdrawn. Nonetheless, the staff were very professional. I look forward to another opportunity in the future. Thank you.

I have stayed here for business as well as pleasure. It's a quick Rideshare to Downtown Detroit at a far better price than hotels downtown. Friendly staff, very clean, modern and affordable.

Our room was quiet, clean, comfortable beds, simple streamlined furniture. Easy access to areas we wanted to go from hotel. Breakfast room was clean and food good.

The rooms are large and comfortable. All the amenities ypu could want. Good breakfast selections, clean dining area.

It is not the prettiest area, but it was a good location for what we needed. It is quite clean, staff is very kind and helpful and it had a good breakfast.

We really enjoyed our stay - it was close to my families homes. Staff were courteous and breakfast was nice.

Would stay again, the bed felt amazing, slept like a baby. Pool water was very cloudy so that was the only questionable thing but would go again otherwise

I was unaware always security deposit when I arrived to the hotel to me that’s an inconvenience of not knowing only because of the functions throughout the day so having the money available that requested strictly took me by surprise on $$150 Which I thought was quite expensive and only because of my husband, some money available on his car was a reason for being able to get a room. I did not have the room type. I requested bad type was a king.
