Everything was fine. Location on the beach was excellent and it was within walking distance of many stores and restaurants.

the hotel is generally good. the rooms are clean, but not new. The first line is an advantage, but not very important as it turned out. I paid for a room with an ocean view, but in fact they gave me a room with a side view of the ocean and not a direct one. the most important problem that everyone needs to know about is that before purchasing, check the additional fees since I had to pay an additional for 4 days before check-in. for 4 days.

I loved the location, the property was very nice. However, the person who checked us in gave us all the information but, seemed very bored.

I loved the property. The views were wonderful. Everything was neat and clean. The only complaint is the shower was way to cold and the dryer wasn't venting. Had to hang my clothes all over the room to dry them before my flight. All in all the place is terrific!

The beach is right outside the back door, with amazing views and friendly employees. Everything is within walking distance from the hotel.

Property was dated, poorly maintained - not terribly clean. We were charged a $388 'cleaning fee' at check out which was unexpected and obviously not deserved based on the condition of the unit (bathroom, chewed out base of door, furniture dirty and old). Bed amazing, close proximity to beach and stores are big pluses.

Castle Waikiki Shores was absolutely the best!! Our room was Amazing, breathtaking views, right on the beach, walking distance from EVERYTHING. Husband had an amazing 50th birthday! Very clean, great staff and was the hotel very very peaceful!! We enjoyed the Friday night fireworks right from our balcony, with love, laughter and cocktails!! I'm telling everyone I know, this is the best best place to stay!!! Thank you Castle Waikiki Shores!!

Great place especially the Penthouse. My only complaint was my son slipped on oil fell bruised his arm in our paid parking spot in the basement of the property. They really should clean up oil from the vehicles that park there.
