The team were great at communicating with me including ensuring I’d be there prior to the desk closing and directions from Waverley. I stayed in a room with an en suite which was nice to have. While bus makes it easy (7/14) to get to town centre the tram is a longer way as you need to walk about 18 mins from/to the stop.

The staff here is very kind and accomodating. They helped me with my bags even when they needed to be delivered from the airport. They are friendly and respect your privacy. They may be new, but I see them sticking around for a very long time.

Great stay for the price point! It was in a great location and the staff was very friendly and accommodating!

Quiet and comfortable stay for a night.

Very warm welcome, clean and quiet. A few things were missing in the room to make it a perfect stay but I'm sure the 4 Friends will work on it!

First - this is property is a guest house not a “hotel.” But Silvia, Lukas, Ruslan and Marta were terrific hosts and the place was awesome. If you support young people taking a risk and opening a guesthouse for fellow travelers then please please stay here and support their venture. The room was huge and comfortable and everything else was perfect. Thanks much!!!

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, even after reception hours they were responsive to messages. We didn't need anything fancy, basically just a place to sleep and it was perfect - cute, comfortable, clean, and the facility is secured at night.

It was good all in all if you're just looking for a place to rest your head. Good for the price. Accidentally booked a shared room which was the first time I've done that. Bathroom was clean but as expected when sharing areas other people don't tend to be as considerate. Someone used the shower and left water all over the floor instead of using their provided towel to wipe it which I stepped in. Other than that was cute, and clean and Marta was really great and accommodating. Would book again maybe not a shared bathroom room next time.

It’s brand new - only open two days when I stayed! The ‘4 friends’ were very attentive, friendly and helpful. Hopefully, they will make a great success of their venture.
