Nice space but the kitchen had bugs. They went to check while I was out and said they didn’t see any and didn’t do anything to correct it like use bug spray or change my room.

Overall beautiful views of city - 12 foot ceilings all glass living room. No TV's in bedrooms! So, our remote went bad, no TV until next day, they didn't seem to know that cleaning staff could just give me a new remote (I had to find this out on my own in hallway after many msgs). All "communications" are off-site, so plenty of msgs, but not really there to help if needed. Still, reasonably priced, great apartment right in Medical Area. Few restaurants in area, took Uber to eat, usually 3 - 8 miles away. Uber better as car rental $30 parking/day, & driving in Houston traffic not worth it. Uber usually 5 minutes away. I would stay there again.

Really surprised I found this property so close to MD Anderson. Location is a must when traveling to the hospital. Super clean, nice furnishings, balcony an added bonus, & the view from the 11th floor made a date nite perfect. Highly recommend. 1 item, have the key codes written down already or pulled up on your phone.

This property was perfect for us as we wanted to be close to the MD Anderson facility. The amenities are very nice. Great pool, patio, bbq grills, hot tub and a pool table. Apartment was furnished nicely. Kitchen only had 2 plates, 2 bowls and 2 salad plates. No serving bowls. Would be nice to have more place setting/ serving bowls. Glad to have a Washer and Dryer in the unit. Contact with booking staff was excellent and they responded to emails very quickly. I highly recommend this property.

Well for starters this was supposed to be a wonderful trip that I booked for my fiance's birthday.. I had specifically ordered an apartment with a balcony up off the ground and what did I get? Even though I set it up over a month and a half prior to? They put me in a filthy terrace level patio that had huge water bugs/roaches... The toilet had running water especially during "quiet time" it would be the worst kept running every 10 to 15 minutes loudly through the night and all day long We wanted to relax with the blinds open but wasn't able to do that because of the ground level patio was on the same as the swimming pool the trash room and everything else was I reached out via text and the response was great at first quick but really didn't really care about the fact that I had specifically asked for for things to be special over a month before and I spoke with someone that said we would be accommodated and we weren't it was truly disappointing I will definitely not stay here again

Be careful with Locale. They didn’t respect our booking, blaming Expedia for double booking. The people at the call center is rude, unhelpful and they don’t bother to give a solution. We found out at the check in and had to find a place to stay.

I really enjoyed my stay. The apartment was clean and spacious. The nice amenities. My favorite part was the pool and the gym. However, there’s not a lot of restaurants that are within walking distance. I would definitely stay again.
