Very nice, large, quiet accommodation. If you want to rest and enjoy the beauty of Koh Samui this is the right place, far from tourist craziness. Super pool, very friendly owners

It is far away from everything, you need car, scooter or taxi to get to ‘lived area’ 😁 We could not swim in the sea, too low water for entire week

We booked 3 chalets which was great for our family holiday. Staff was very helpful and friendly. They were very accomodating and even with the language barrier, greeted with smiles and happy to chat. The property is close to the beach, quiet and in a relaxed area, close to other excursions like waterfalls, snake farms, etc. We enjoyed some amazing experiences like horse riding on the beach and they gave their restaurant recommendations which we loved.

The bedding was uncomfortable and had stains on it from previous guests oil massages. The cleanliness wasn't as expected (example:A nest of bugs were in the room on the ceiling) We stayed for 8 days and the towels were never replaced or the bedding was never changed even though we asked. The hot water did not work in our chalet and the air-conditioning was not very effective. The furniture is sufficient- it is very basic and Some of the items were broken. (Example...rip in our couch and the coffee table in another chalet) There was no option to pay for our stay with a card, we had to pay cash. This could have been mentioned during the booking or upon check-in and obviously caused delay and a run around when we had to leave. For a 2 bedroom self-catering chalet, there should be cutlery and crockery for at least 4 people, however there were odd numbers of bowls and plates and very limited items that could be used to be self catering. Overall the accommodation was missing the finer touches that would be expected from a property with such high ratings.

It was quiet and had a pool. Female owners/ family are very friendly and helpful.

Many things: - Wrong contact number in information book given in the villa, owner didn’t believe me when I told him. - AC wasn’t working so was moved to a different villa where AC also not working. AC guy came to fix it next day which was good. They also gave a fan. - Owners left the wrong key so we left the villa unlocked for the day because owner didn’t answer WhatsApp. - Rented a car from owners friends company and they did not give all information, big surprise when we went to pay at the end - Main owner was very aggressive and unprofessional at the end over payment because he didn’t understand what we were saying and refused to let us speak. Came to the villa screaming and shouting and tried to come inside.

peaceful place suitable for people who like solitude clean swimming pool

The owner of the resort cannot speak English because they speak French. The day we stayed (09.07.23-12.07.23), no wifi was used and the TV had no signal. The resort is located not far from the beach. But the beach is not suitable for swimming. The resort is very far from the city, it is necessary to rent a car or motorbike.

The serenity and quite away from the jungle town in Samui. The beach is 200 meters away just behind the property. The bungalow unit equipped with everything we need. Outside the property at the beach - Just a little reminder for those in Laem Sor beach to wear booties as the shore were full with broken glasses/bottles.

All good nothing to complain.

Staff .. should say a lovely couple.who run the place..nice friendly rooms were fine pool was really nice and clean ☺️

relaxing & away from mainstream tourist

The bungalows are very comfortable. spacious, new and they have a great covered deck. It was very close to the beach -just a 100 m walk to a shallow, sandy beach. There are great restaurants on the beach- just a short walk in either direction. We used their bicycles to get to the 7 eleven and market not far away. The French family that runs it are lovely - just ask if you need anything. Very quiet and relaxing part of the island. We had a great time exploring the area. Frisbee golf course too!

Spacious, calm and quiet, confortable with very nice host ! Possibility to rent motorbike on the spot - very practical. Totally recommend it !

For us, the location was ideal. The pool was very lovely and refreshing. The bungalow was spacious - perfect for a family, two couples or two singles...

We found the furnishings to be minimal and a bit disappointing. The bed was quite hard; the wardrobe was missing doors and had no hangers so as a place to keep clothing was completely inadequate. Other things like hooks on the walls or a chest of drawers would have been really helpful. The biggest shortcoming, however, was the housekeeping: there was none. The listing on booking.com said there would be daily housekeeping. No one ever entered the place for housekeeping in the five nights we were there, not even to empty the trash. The worst was having to go and ask for toilet paper daily.

The staff was amazing, catered to your needs and did their absolute best to solve our problems. Without a doubt the best place I have stayed at and cannot recommend it strongly enough.

Our favorite place in Thailand. Owner is very friendly and helpful. Quiet place with beautiful garden and pool. Room was very clean and comfortable with big balcony. Highly recommended! Come and enjoy the wonder of this accommodation!

Nice house with fully equipped kitchen and the seaview. The host is very helpful.

The hotel is perfect for escaping the hustle and bustle and spending time in nature. Surrounded by coconut trees, the shallow beach can be reached in 5 minutes even by children, and the only sounds are insects at night and birds in the morning. The individual guest house is spacious and well equipped. The owners were very helpful and always had plenty of information and advice to offer.

Because of its natural location far from downtown, there are only limited stores within walking distance. If you want to move around in the island, renting a car or bike is recommended.

Very quiet resort, only seven villas, big and quite comfortable. Perfect when you want to stay away from hustle and bustle! Nice and warm pool available all the time, Laurent and Vanessa very, very friendly and helpful.

Not exciting beach - shallow and flat (good for small children though!) You need a car to reach shops and restaurants.

Our villa was beautiful!! Very new and clean! AC worked great. Full kitchen too! The pool was super nice and warm. It’s a 2 minute walk to the beach. The best part of our stay was the staff. The owner Laurent was very nice and helped us with every. Our first night he even took us to town and showed us his favorite spots. They provided us with scooters and have jet ski rentals. When it was time to leave, we couldn’t get a taxi, so his daughter drove us to where we needed to go. 10/10 would go back!
