Welcome to this spacious 4-bedroom home, nestled in a safe and serene neighbourhood. Perfect for families, this residence combines comfort, style, and functionality, making it an ideal place to create lasting memories.
One of the standout features of this home is the expansive backyard. It's a private oasis, offering plenty of space for outdoor activities, gardening, or simply relaxing in the fresh air.
The space
Our home is perfect for large groups, families with teens/young adult children, or multiple family groups who value both communal and private spaces. Please access the property via West 34th avenue.
- 4 bedrooms each equipped with queen size beds.
- Large dining room to fit up to 8 guests
- Kitchen is fully stocked with essential appliances like stove top, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toasters, cooking utensils, blender, rice cooker, kettle, microwave, fridge and bbq grill utensils.
- Laundry room is located adjacent to kitchen, equipped with a washer, dryer and detergent.
- 2 bathrooms, one is full bathroom and the other one with a bathtub for both adults or kids to enjoy. one of the bathroom has iron board, irons and first aid.
- Our living room is equipped with a big sectional couch and includes a tv equipped with Netflix and tv cable.
- Ample of free parking spaces available on the property as well as street parking

- Located at convenient location; under 20 mins drive to downtown or under 30 mins by public transit.
- Under 20 mins drive to YVR airport
- Close to public transportation: bus stops on Granville Street is 2 mins away from the house
- Our property boasts a very large yard, complete with multiple seating areas. We also have BBQ grill to use as well.
- The health, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. 2 sanitizing stations are located near both back and front door. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.
Guest access
- You get the whole ground floor and large property to yourself and your families. The basement and garage is locked and unavailable to use.
- There is a lockbox outside the door. Please contact me to obtain the code in case the keypad doesn't work to get in.
Check-in time is at 4pm.
Other things to note
NO PARTY OR EVENT
- We have a security system and outside surveillance cameras that are triggered by noise and motion. We will call Airbnb to force evacuating the guests entire group based on Airbnb's policy. $1000 fine will be charged for the rule violation.
QUIET HOURS: 11PM - 7AM
- We have a quiet hours policy between 11pm to 7am for our sake of neighbors' sanity and it also happens to be noise bylaw for city of Vancouver.
NO SMOKING
- To keep the house clean and smoke-free, smoking and marijuana consumption are not allowed inside the house. $750 extra cleaning fee will apply if house is smoked in.
SHOES OFF
- Shoes must be taken off after entering the house. We provide single use slippers to use during your stay.
TRASH
- Be sure to separate garbage, recycling and food and put them into the right trash bins (black for garbage, blue for recycle and green for food). The city will fine us if we put trash into the wrong bins. Please also make sure the lids are closed without gaps. Our cute animal neighbors, raccoons and birds, will drag the waste out and create messes on the street if they are given any chance.
PETS
We do not allowed pets on the property.

The house is well maintained. Overall it is very clean. With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it was perfect for our family to stay.
The house is located on a main street but it is not very noisy at night. It's easy to go to downtown Vancouver and Richmond is not far away either.
I was confused when I saw 2 listings of the same property on VRBO. The 2 listings were using almost the same images but the one I booked was pinpointed at an address about 3 blocks away from the actual address.
On the other hand, the host was very responsive. He responded to my questions before and during my stay.
