This beautifully renovated property, set within the owner’s grounds in a central village location, is a great holiday for exploring this beautiful county. Situated in the village of Cawston within the Norfolk countryside, with a village deli/cafe and local pub and restaurant at the end of your road, you are not short on options of eating out. The village also offers several footpaths and country lanes to walk or cycle on the most well-known of these is The Marriotts Way. Further afield is the stunning Norfolk Coastline, which includes the towns of Sheringham, Blakeney and Wells-Next-The-Sea with long stretching beaches. Other local attractions include The Broads, Pensthorpe Nature reserve and the National Trust properties of Blickling and Felbrigg Halls, all of which are a great family day out. Norwich is close by with an excellent range of independent shops and historic buildings.
As you walk from the private driveway through the front door you will find yourself in entrance space of the property. To your right are two of the bedrooms. These particular bedrooms are connecting rooms, perfect for any families with smaller children. As well as this on the ground floor there is also a family bathroom with a bath and shower. On the opposite side of the floor there are another two bedrooms and an additional shower room. All bedrooms have zip and link beds so rooms can be made up as either double beds or twin rooms. Upstairs is where you will find the open-plan living, dining and kitchen. A wonderfully social space, perfect for friends and family to all come together.
The property benefits from a large enclosed lawned garden with large patio area and garden furniture. Perfect for outside dining or just enjoying a drink in the last of the days sunshine.
