The view from the big balcony is the highlight for me. They have a nice pool are below. Room was nice enough too and the area peaceful and quiet.

- Parking: not a good idea to come by car as the driveway is nearly too narrow to turn in and you just have to leave the car in the blazing sun. They could at least have a roofing for cars. - Big air gaps in the sliding glass doors. I know this is a common type of Thai door but insects can come in and AC air out. Personally I just block the holes with tissue. - The room was not very well cleaned with dust, ants and not so clean towel.

Good position very close to the beach and to the main street in Lamai, beautiful room and very nice staff. Highly recommended!

No mosquito nets in the room and unfortunately there was a split in the window of our room, so lots of them could easily inside ☹️

Early check-in, which was fantastic as arrived just after 9am and was given our key at 11am.Every thing was really clean and staff very friendly.

Out side furniture needs updating and more sunbeds.

Good location only 5 mins walk into to main street. Nice room. Great air con. Lots of food places within a few minutes walk.

Our patio doors had a gap between them so mozzies could get into the room. Was ok on a night when the thicker curtains were shut though.

Very clean, comfortable bed and helpful staff. On a lovely quiet road with a brilliant Italian cafe opposite and nice Thai restaurant a couple of minutes walk. Lovely setting which palm trees and lush vegetation around

The pool is nice but quite shallow of one end so you can bang your knees on it when doing lengths!

Possibly a little overpriced for the location

I was in this hotel from 11/30/22 to 12/01/22. After visiting this hotel, I missed $500 after I left. The woman at the reception saw my money and saw where I put it away. After the correspondence, she lied that she was the owner of the hotel, and after checking the CCTV cameras, supposedly no one came to my room when I was not there. She's lying!! Be careful when choosing this hotel to visit. There they steal!!!!

Perfect place with everything you need for a comfortable stay

There is very little to no security. My partner didn't feel safe walking from the grounds. Very dark. Parking is difficult on a grassy slope. The room was smelly, it had a damp smell. Probably because the shower took ages to drain away. There was Poo Poo on the toilet seat in an awkward area to clean. I offered to show this to the staff but they were not interested. Booked out early.

Firstly the hotels staffs were very kind, friendly, professional and really service minded. The hygiene and the maintenance was also exceptionally good. The location was also decent.

Everything was perfect :)
