The 400-acre estate is nestled on the edge of the Norfolk Broads with easy access of the amazing coastline and many wide sandy beaches.

There are set times for children to use the swimming pool, always accompanied by an adult. It is a very short walk to Redwings Horse Sanctuary, including Oliver’s Cafe and a gift shop.
