The open-plan living area flows into a large outdoor patio, ideal for relaxing in the peaceful surroundings. With a short walk to the beach and Westbourne Village, you’ll enjoy boutique shops, restaurants, and serene coastal vibes.

Our home has three large bedrooms (two featuring en suites) and a cozy guest room with an additional sofa, ideal for families or groups. All linen and towels are provided for all beds and guests. Two of the bedrooms are located on the first floor with the third bedroom on the top floor with its own en-suite.

You can relax by the wood-burning fire in the inviting living room, or retreat to the luxurious bedrooms, each equipped with wall-mounted TVs. Enjoy a modern kitchen and dining area, a serene garden, parking for three vehicles, and a convenient basement laundry room.

Outside there is large patio garden with garden furniture to relax and soak up the sun. The Alum Chine beach is a short walk away with Westbourne village in the other direction where there are plenty of pubs, restaurants and shops to enjoy.
