All in all it was an okay stay. But from the existing reviews I expected a little more. Room was clean but very "cold".

The Laundry prices are ridiculous. Do not wash there - better search for a laundry The staff also wasn't really nice - which I haven't experienced anywhere else in Thailand.

Location is wonderful, super close to beach and shopping/market/breakfast restaurant and the going out street without noise from the busy traffic. All in 3 minute walk distance. Super quality for money hotel with a pool that feels like a private pool. A good recommendation for thai boxers. Jun Muay Thai gym is with in a 200 meters walk at the back side of the hotel. The beds are high quality but pretty hard, maybe not everyone will enjoy it. For sportive persons perfect

The shower was cramped, lots of stairs with no lifts, location is not very central. Lots of bugs however you are in the jungle so to be expected.

Amazing room for this price. Lovely staff and impeccable service. The room was clean and large and well looked after. The air conditioning worked well and I really enjoyed my private garden too. The pool was well-maintained with a pleasant view and overall as a female traveller on my own I felt very safe.

It was a shame that the Jazzy kitchen was closed but there was a very cheap café right around the corner (so close I could still use wifi!)

EVERYTHING. Room was big, bright & spotlessly cleaned every day, bottled water everyday was appreciated. Grounds were pristine with constant up keeping throughout the day. Staff were fantastic & so lovely. Great to have a pool, not the biggest but you can get some lengths in & separate shallow end for the kids. Location ideal, tucked away so it was very quiet yet a short walk to everything, beach 3min walk & lots of bars & restaurants round the corner. Wifi which was essential was good, it did drop out sometimes when it was busy. We booked for 1 month & extended our stay for 3 months as it was so comfortable & convenient. I will definitely be staying here again when I return.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

The hotel was very handy for everything in Lamai. It was clean both in the room and within the grounds. The room was larger than we expected with hot drink facilities & bottles of water brought each day. The pool area, although small was private & quiet. We loved the proximity of the hotel which was within easy reach of the beach & easy access to transport.
