Breakfast was ok but not great. I ve been to the hotel many times this is why I booked back at H hotel.

The rooms were smelly They were rundown rooms.

The staff were very helpful and always smiling. Nancy was very helpful prior to arriving and even after check out and answers calls immediately. Good staff at hotels is always a priority.

Upon arriving, the guys were a little slow to bring the trolley and unload the luggage but not really a big deal.

Rude staff will not stay there again

Le personnel de la réception Mr Walid, Ahmed, ainsi que Abdelazim ont été adorables très professionnels ,très accueillant Ainsi que le personnel de sécurité , les voituriers Le service client est vraiment au top du top rien à dire . Je reviendrai très certainement. Oum'Kaltsoum

I wait a long time during my check-in And check out. During the check out I told the tow person in the counter Islam and sultan that I has soon flight but the response was so not quick and good. My advise there is much better hotel than this hotel and it doesn't deserve Five star.

I like the view from my window, and the reception man made upgrade for our room to welcoming us in Dubai .. the cleaners were excellent.. room service were good but they forgot my hash brown in the English breakfast 😅

The design of the room .. make bed close to the door ..

Hotel is very nice, Olivia maintain the good relation with guest as usual, nice customer service. Rafay is nice as well

Персонал в пятизвездночном отеле не один из них не говорит на русском языке ,одни англосаксы.нам было тяжело объясняться с персоналом .Завтраки слабые .Навязчивые Батлеры у входа ,которые смотрят глаза чтобы им дали чаевые

TOO expensive in comparison to services

After trying several other hotels in Dubia, I finally found the perfect family holiday hotel and commitment to customer satisfaction is unparalleled, the atmosphere is impressive, and the location is perfect for a walk around the future of the museum, Dubia Frame, Dubia Garden Glow and more. I want to thank Mre Ahmad (Receptionist), Mr Basho (Duty Manager), Ms Olivia (Reception Team Supervisor), Mr Rajeev, Eat and Meet Restoration’s staff members and especially Mr Zohaib, they have provided a high quantity of customer services during our stay at the H Dubai. The staff always went beyond all times and provided their services with integrity. We travelled from England (09 hours travelling with kids) and arrived early at the hotel, Mr Ahmad made us feel welcome and arranged early check-in at 09:00 am offering us a complimentary upgrade from the executive suite to the diplomatic suite, and constantly helped us during our stay at the hotel.

The hotel has an extremely limited Asian and Arabic cuisine breakfast menu, the management should add more dishes in the breakfast menu. The housekeeping team should clean the room every day if either customer stays for long.

Room was good and service was excellent.
