me encantó la habitación, amplia, muy iluminada, muy buena cama y muy limpia. la piscina fenomenal el personal, en especial Joselin, encantadora y con una gran voluntad de ayudar...y habla español.

The location is terrific, a short walk from the cruise ship terminal and the shopping precinct is a few steps away. Our room was good and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was included, there were plenty of choices on the menu and it was delicious. We loved that this hotel is dog friendly, we miss our dogs when we travel so it’s always a treat when we meet pups and get cuddles. We’d stay here again.

There was nothing we didn’t like about this property

The location was great. Easy to get to from the airport, close to shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. The staff were very helpful.

Location was fantastic and close to everything in Downtown Vancouver

Smooth check in with nice rooms, location was great given we were using train to and from Vancouver Airport and still wanted to be in city centre. Had a couple of meals at attached Diva restaurant which offered great service and tasty dishes.

Room was not serviced despite pointing this out to front desk. In the end had to ask for fresh towels and was expected to pay tip for service which should have been completed earlier !
