The breakfast w as incredible

Very clean, comfortable suite, bathroom, mini bar, small kitchen. Restaurant in the hotel. Great room service.

Not enough plugs for charging USB devices, especially in bedroom (no USB plug at all) for smartphone used as alarm. No safe in suite ...

The location is very good though. The breakfast in the restaurant was very good as was the server. This hotel was amazing 20 years ago but is in need of upgrades.

The beds are very old and soft so they sag in the middle. The shower is inside of a bathtub so high risk of slip and falls. The staff were not at all accommodating on providing an extended checkout time. Overall, the hotel is a little tired and in need of investment upgrades. There is no parking so you have to pay a lot to park in one of the city parking lots.

It was great..Friendly Staff..Comfortable Beds..The Grandkids Enjoyed the pool… Restaurants were great.. We will stay with you again in the future

All good nothing wrong

The bed was too firm for me. We didn’t realize we were on a “pet friendly” floor, and the dog next door barked quite a lot during the day/evening.

The staff was so kind and so dedicated to the guests, felt welcomed and assisted at every turn!

Only Breakfast was good and waiting time was 45 minutes for egg!

Everything Starting form Parking cost $55.00 that should be complementary for hotel guest, room clearing was horrible as they kept the dirty towel, amount paid is different from what written on booking.com
