The newly remodeled rooms are wonderful. Spacious and comfortable. I enjoyed the sofa and reading lamp. Also, the desk with outlets for chargers. The shower is good s well as the linens and mattress.

The property was very well kept and the staff were very accommodating. The location was also very convenient. I enjoyed everything about this hotel.

The room was very spaceful and the staff is very friendly
Already upon arrival our room was not properly cleaned - with a couple of long black hairs in the shower - and despite our complaints no improvements were being made. The mentioned hair 'stayed' with us all 4 days! On top of that: the last day of our stay we came back late at night and it turned out our room was not cleaned at all. Lots of excuses were being made and we got a refund but how can this be possible in a so called 4 star luxury hotel... In the field of hygene there is a lot to be improved!

Right across the ROM and between two metro stations, I really liked the location, there is a very nice neighborhood 1 block away full of cool restaurants

The upgraded room was not an upgrade ! The fridge was not working and the extra space was nothing than a couple of extra squared feet

Room was very clean and spacious. Staff was beyond friendly. We were only there one night and didn't really get to take advantage of all amenities but we will definitely book again.
This is just a personal preference but I found the bed to be a bit firm for my liking however my travel companion loved the firmness of the beds. Of course comfort is subjective! But for anyone considering booking I would say the beds are on the "firmer" side.

The facilities are great, nice decoration and feels like recently updated. The personnel were very helpful and responsive.
The location is good, but at the edge of downtown. There is a metro station around the corner though.

Watch out if you travel with your pet! They charge an unparalleled $150 for your pet, even if only one night. We were there 12 hours and they hit us with $150 for my service animal’s stay, along with $62 for parking. At every turn there is extra charges, at a rate that is the highest anywhere I have seen. Do yourself a favour and stay at much nicer hotels in the area.

Clean and tidy with good amenities. Good location. Some very friendly breakfast staff (one very miserable member of staff)
The reception staff were not very good communicators. The check in was stressful and not pleasant. The check out was not very good and needed the duty manager to sort of their mess

A very nice hotel. The staff was always nice and willing to help. The hotel was very nice and well located in a hops neighborhood. The room was ample and comfortable.
Wi-Fi was unstable and sound proofing could be better.

Hotel appearance and furniture was very dated and gym equipment was limited and broken.

The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. Breakfast is very delicious. The location was good - near the subway station and also within walking distance of downtown.
