Hotel was great. Service, restaurant, concierge all excellent. Room was old and tired. Peeling wallpaper, popcorn ceiling, ancient coffee maker, bad coffee, low quality whitener and sugar-free sweetener (aspertaine really?).

Would have been nice to have real cream in fridge, Nespresso machine with decent coffee. Replace ugly chair.

The hotel was in a great location. The room was beautiful and very comfortable for myself and my 2 sisters who were celebrating their birthday. Staff was very friendly. Will definitely stay there again.

Not clean, VERY hot in the room. Very dated. Descriptions of the room were not even close to what we experienced.

I have booked two bedroom apartment and it mentioned in booking.com that he has private bathrooms but reality is they have 1 full common bathroom and 1 washroom in one of the room. When I complained to reception thet told only washroom is also considered as bathroom and started arguing and not helped us in any form. Also full apartment has a single air conditioner so if one room need higher cooling and other room need lower cooling than that is not possible. Avoid this hotel if you can as they are providing half information and not providing accurate information.

Amazing location right in the city, short walk to the art museum, the harbour, hockey arena and lots of shops and restuarants. Onsite parking was great, though at an extra cost. The pool was a winner with our kids and the spa was fantastic for us adults to have a pamper. The onsite restuarant was lovely and accomodated our children really well, though overly busy on weekend breakfasts. The actual room was very spacious

For this level of hotel and with the huge size of our apartment, I expected the bathroom to be much more modern. I also found the hotel staff very lacking for the kind of hotel they are pitching at. Very robotic and not friendly or proactive. Unfortunately, they made a a major error and double charged our credit card post staying a week after I specifically double checked on check out that I was finalising my account and upon investigation someone had picked it up but didnt bother to communicate that with us, with no apology upon calling internationally to discuss.

The staff was lovely. The shower was fabulous! Location was perfect!

Booked a 2 bedroom suite for my family to have a same-like home style due to an emergency. The two bedrooms had no doubt and nothing comparable to any hotel we have stayed at with the most heavenly comfort. Definitely uphold its own standards of excellence of cleanliness, extremely pleasant guest service, and the warm welcome of the bellman. When it comes to perfection speak no more. This place is where it is. No dull moment in staying for 18 days on this immaculate-style decor. Unforgettable 18 days stay with zero constructive criticism. The standard put in this property excel to our expectations and experience. If it's the perfection of comfortability, private stay, accommodating to all requests, fast and easy delivery of Room service, and overall warmth and compassionate staffing then you have to experience the promise of this property written on their website. My family had to modify our reservation at the very last moment due to a passport issue at the airline. We only found out after the hotel check in time. But despite explaining our situation to the staff, we got no sympathy or understanding, and hotel management decided to charge us the maximum penalty fee. It was very disappointing to receive no grace in our stressful predicament.

Room had a small kitchenette with a small supply of kitchen accessories. Location was also in the heart of downtown. The Boulevard Restaurant & Oyster Bar in the lobby has one of the most creative chefs in the city. Food was exceptional.

The Residences are getting on in years and although the hotel has undergone a renovation, the Grande Residences have not. Careful when you book, if you are expecting a remodelled room like you may experienced at the Sutton Place Hotel. Proximity to St. Paul's hospital and the Firehall, means you will hear sirens seemly every 15 minutes all day and night.
