in generale tutto anche se come premessa questo hotel non ha proprio lo stesso standard qualitativo in tutto di un four season tradizionale.
La posizione è ottimale se soggettivamente si vuole stare alla fine/inizio dal caos totale strip.
Camera con vista montagna ed aeroporto molto bella in tutto, standard servizio four season.
servizio valet con richiamo elettronico valido nulla da eccepire.
bello, consigliato ( dopo averli visti un po' tutti gli altri in città ) soprattutto prenotato con un prezzo che ritengo competitivo in rapporto alla qualità.
Da notare che l albergo seppur in totale autonomia fisica è inserito in un ala del mandalay bay.
Servizio dello staff in piscina impeccabile, ben frequentato.
la piscina seppur bella è troppo piccola per una struttura del genere soprattutto se comparata con le altre di las vegas...

View and room was comfortable.
Breakfast pancakes and you special butter and hash browns was delicious. My husband had something small and it cost as much as the buffet, so the next day we got the buffet.
The staff throughout the hotel was excellent!!!! Whatever we needed they got us!!!

Bathroom granite could have been cleaner. It was not smooth to the touch and felt like something was on it.
Older doorman lied to me that the taxis were cheaper than uber. He said it was a flat rate of $21. I showed him uber price was $14 but he said that fee goes up when they take off. So I got the taxi and it was $24 flat rate. My husband thinks he get a kick back for referrals. He lied!!!

Housekeeping twice a day, and very efficient.
The secluded entrance to Mandalay bay is great to access those amenities and the tram. We also rented a vehicle at the avis point there. Worked well!
Press is good for great grab and go coffee and breakfast. Also good cocktails and eats.
Pool is salt chlorinated and nice and warm. Cold Enough to laze all day. Plenty loungers but not enough umbrellas. Good towels.
For the FS, I find the staff overall to be lukewarm. Not sure why. One expects highest end of hospitality here
A double vanity in bathroom for me is minimum for 5 star. This bathroom did not have it.
Shower cubicle a bit on the small side but functional
So little water provided and nowhere to make it cold as fridge is full. Considering we are in a desert, perhaps leave a space or three to put water in fridge.
One USB point for electronic charging.
I had stayed 5 nights over 10 days, including this stay at FS. They refused to give me one night stay before we flew back home because of high occupancy. We were driving to GCNP for a few nights before returning to vegas. Min 3 nights required apparently. Considering I had been a returning customer I found this ridiculous.
Love the hotel but won't stay again.
