Location, shuttle from airport and proximity to Mall of America

Paint chipping outside. A bit outdated. There was an event featured for 4th of July at front desk but the employee couldn’t tell us how to get there. We had to figure it out ourselves.

Perfekt beliggenhet mellom Mall of America og flyplassen. Sengene var veldig gode. Hyggelig personale. Gratis shuttelbuss både til og fra flyplass (må avtales på forhånd) og til og fra kjøpesenteret (hver time). Superhyggelig dame, Brenda, som kjørte shuttelbussen på ettermiddag/kveld. Basseng og treningsrom.

The rooms were really clean, and it was nice the windows opened alittle. The beds were also super cozy. Also walking distance to mall of America.

The TV was messed up, and the elevator was really small and slow.

BREAKFAST WAS HOT AND PLENTIFUL. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. TRAIN SHUTTLE WAS A BIT OF A MESS SINCE THERE WAS CONSTRUCTION GOING ON FOR TRACK REPAIR. HAD TO RIDE THE BUS FROM THE MALL OF AMERICA TO FORT SNELLING, THEN TOOK TRAIN TO U S BANK STADIUM

EVERYTHING WAS GOOD. NO COMPLAINTS.

Super close to Mall of America, the option to be shuttled to MOA, and the complimentary hot breakfast that was freshly filled up until the end of breakfast. The attendant was on her game at all times. A hotel with a hot tub is always a perk. I also liked the shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower.

The beds were a little too firm for me so I didn’t sleep the best. The pillows and comforter blanket/sheets were very comfortable though.

Location to the airport and decent price.

Bed was not very comfortable. Whole facility needs some deep cleaning although my bathroom was well maintained. I was told breakfast would be ready at 6am. I waited until 6:15, but had to go to the airport.

I enjoy my stay at Fairfield hotel. The bed is comfortable, and the free hot breakfast was great. I love that they had bus shuttle service from the hotel to the mall. The lady who checked us in was really nice. I will definitely stay here again.

Just the airplanes taking off just was a little loud but I wasn't really bother by it. Loud kids running up and down the hall. Other than that everything was good.

El desayuno muy malo. Y lo poco que había se tardaban en volver a poner. El jacuzzi sucio. Mucho ruido entre los pasilllos.

I loved the breakfast. Great variety to choose from and bacon and eggs were warm, coffee was hot. Great job!

The noise of airplanes at night

Staff was friendly we loved the pool. Breakfast was amazing. Close to MOA and worth the price. We only stayed one night room was clean and even had some amenities We didn't know that was included we will definitely stay here again.

The only reason I booked that particular hotel was because of the hottub and it was not working so I was extremely disappointed.

The hotel is convenient to the airport and they have an airport shuttle as well as a breakfast included in the price. Also, they have an indoor heated pool and hot tub.

The pillows and sheets were dirty. It smelled like they had not been changed in a while, with the scent of old body odor and sweat. We told staff at the front desk that we had dirty sheets and pillows the next morning after waking up in the middle of the night to that smell, and they looked around for new sheets and pillows, but could not find any. They stated that next morning they would have housekeeping come in and change the sheets and give us new pillows. We got back late that night to a room that had not been attended to at all throughout the day by housekeeping and with no pillows. I told staff that housekeeping had not attended the room and we were missing pillows. Staff was angry, threw up their hands and started yelling and cussing, then stormed off to find some, at which point I suggested they retrieve some from a different room and just let us go to sleep as it was 130 in the morning by the time all of this was actually getting addressed.

A shuttle that takes you from and to the airport and to the mall. Also, both drives were very nice. The breakfast could use a waffle or pancake maker, but there were many types of food I have never had offered at any other hotel. All the staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful. The room was clean, and the guy housekeeper was very nice when I needed extra towels. If I return to the Mall of America, I will definitely stay here. Getting free hot Chocolate was a nice plus too.

Hot Tub was Cold. Which was weird since the showers were nice and hot.

location was great, staff was super helpful and kind. facility met expectations. I appreciate skim milk at the continental breakfast.

we specifically looked for a hotel that had a continental breakfast and hot tub. there is a photo on the website that has waffles on the continental breakfast. There were no hotel waffles in the 4 days we were there. My kids were very disappointed. We actually only ate the breakfast 1 day, but checked all days. The hot tub was smaller than ours at home. It was a challenge to find a turn. the bathroom is very small.
