other guests - a lot of them emptied trash from their cars onto the parking lot ! 😩

I had a suite that was perfect for my daughter and I. it was clean, very functional and front desk staff (Courtney) was so kind. we stayed 4 nights and Courtney knew our names. she put in effort into everything we asked for. she was wonderful.

key cards at times needed to be configured bc it wasn’t working but it wasn’t that big of a deal. easy easy fix

the breakfast and Pool

Rooms were very small

clean and affordable property. perfect for weekend getaway with young children. the pool was very warm and not at all crowded.

they were changing out bathtubs in some units and that had a bad smell, but could not be avoided. staff worked hard to find us a room we would not have to move out of for tub replacement.

we had no sheets on the second bed when we arrived. did have any shampoo left in bottle, pool was run down

Condition was run down (wallpaper coming off walls, leaky faucets, faucet loose in cabinet). Food available on site was lacking

Close to Mall of America. The kitchen staff and concierge staff were nice.

Uncomfortable and outdated rooms. The pullout couch bed was Uncomfortable. Bathroom tub run down.

The pictures of the room did not match the ones on this property. This location had very old look and old fashioned stove/ appliances. If I knew this- I would’ve stayed in the Residence INn I always stay in when I go to Minnesota.
