The room was beautiful and very comfortable. The staff were great. The location was amazing because it connects with the Mall of America which has loads of stores, activities, and food. I enjoyed everything about it. The hotel and rooms were very clean. The lobby is beautiful and has a comfortable area to hangout in.

I didn't like that I had to leave the hotel. It was a wonderful stay.

The room we booked was very falsely advertised from the pictures to the description of a “quadruple size room.” The staff made me feel very dismissed on the issue and when a “solution “ was finally reached, it was a mere $80. Very unacceptable. We were uncomfortable in a very small room that we weren’t expecting all weekend. We drove 5 hours to be gravely disappointed.

That it was attached to the mall and the tram.

That there was no microwave in the room. I never eat a full meal at one time. Need a place to reheat my meals.

It took too long to check in. It appears we arrived during shift change so there was only 1 at the desk. He was dealing with an elderly person and was patient with them. After about 10-15 minutes someone else jumped in to help and the line was taken care of. They offered a drink card for the inconvenience. Life happens and he treated the woman with kindness is all that matters in the end

Location is good, connected directly to mall.

The valet were rude and impatient. Although other vehicles were parked on the circle island (which isn’t a parking space) we were scolded for blocking the driveway. We just pulled out of the paid covered parking ($20 a night) and cars drove in and cut us off from getting out. Each time we tried to move forward, another car would come in and head to the front doors and cut us off. A valet came up to our window and asked us not to block the driveway. When we tried to explain how other drivers are coming in and not giving us courtesy way out, the valet told us we can’t block the driveway and raised their voice to have us leave immediately.

Rooms were not the cleanest.

It would have been good to know reservations were recommended. That said the food was delicious and the service impeccable.

Being told reservations for breakfast would be helpful. Also, there is no place in the room to eat room service. Having a table and chairs other than the desk would be nice. Also, for a king sized bed the pillows were super tiny. I would have liked to see double the number of pillows or pillows double the size.

The shower head from the ceiling was weird. Ridiculous to pay for parking when you are a registered hotel guest. Lugging baggage from the main ramps, was very inconvenient.
