The room was clean and comfortable.

The parking lot was filled with enormous potholes. Not a good way to showcase the hotel.

The staff at the front desk were very short with explaining things to customers, din't take time to explain things and in the instance of one speaking to fast to understand what the charges were going to be. However the cleaning staff were very good. Hotel lobby and elevator were always clean

No hot tub and pets can only be on floors 2 and 3 but ifs still pretty perfect

Cleanliness was horrible for my entire party. They also had booking issues with more than half of my party. I will absolutely never be staying at a Wyndham hotel again.

I ALWAYS stay at a LaQuinta when traveling. Comfortable, clean, quieter than most, good value.

Hallway care. Vomit on one floor next to elevator. Reported it twice and it was still there 2 days later when I checked out.

I really enjoyed the variety for breakfast and the cleanliness of the whole building. Our bed was comfortable and we had a pleasant stay. We also had a great deal for the two nights we stayed and it was fairly close to grocery stores and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helped us plan out our transportation for the event we attended.

We were a little bummed that the hot pool was closed, but we still had a fabulous stay.

The art and decor was pretty. The staff was wonderful. The front desk staff was super friendly and informative. There was always staff around cleaning and making sure everything was running smoothly. All of the staff was great.

The bed was super hard, the blankets thin and inadequate. The walls were thin so we could hear everything in the hall and surrounding rooms. A lot of things seemed broken - the hot tub, the juice and milk dispensers at breakfast to name a few. There were patches on the walls that were just painted over instead of actually fixed. The whole place was like ... painting over chipped nail polish. From a distance it looks great but up close, there are some issues.

The housekeeping was excellent over our five days. The staff was attentive and professional. The value was excellent.

We were traveling to The Mall of America, the distance was only 7min. The property itself is an older property but it’s kept as clean as possible for being older. No bugs or anything like that! The beds we’re comfortable. Free breakfast was good.

The property was kept as clean as possible, there were signs of wear and tear like carpet dirt and walls wearing in spots. But they did their best to keep it as clean as possible you can tell that! Breakfast in the morning you have to go down early or they would run short!

Nice large room. Good exercise room. Lots of parking. Easy access to airport and much of the Twin Cities. Staff was accommodating.

Breakfast is horrendous--eggs were rubbery, everything had lots of sugar. One treadmill didn't work.

Would be nice if coffee were available all day . I was unhappy that I was put beside or around a family. They kept their tv on all night, and allowed their door to slam multiple times throughout the evening. It was frustrating. I wish I had asked to be moved. You can hear pretty much everything through the walls and door. The mattress needs to be changed. New mattress needed. It sinks in where you sleep. Both of the beds did the same thing. Again, I wish I had said something but I was all unpacked and didn’t want to move. I also had the handicap room, so my hanging cloths were lying on the floor at the closet. I also wish the rooms had safes.

that pets are allowed

my room had bed bugs. I informed the staff and requested a refund that they said they would do. I have not received my refund and management was to contact me to resolve the issue and they have not. I am very upset and disgusted by what I had to endure and very disappointed with management for not taking this issue seriously.

Many choices for breakfast Dining area floor and floor around waffle station were very sticky.

Pool was cloudy and the ceiling was leaking into pool
