The bed frame squeaked way to much getting in and out of the bed and turning positions and the tub was a bit scary with set in stains and rust through out the tub. I really feel like this place can use an upgrade on their rooms to accommodate the fact that this is a “Red Roof Inn”. It felt more like i was at Motel, especially with all the outside noise, slamming of the doors and being able to hear the neighbors full conversation from the bathroom wall.

NOTHING!!!!!!!! Do not stay here.
The room was disgusting. Dirty everything. Broken dresser drawers. Chunks out of the tile. The shower was dirty. I had a used shampoo bottle on my sink left as part of my "toiletries". The bottom of the curtains had a think layer of dirt.
Utterly disgusting. I didn't say anything just figured- you get what you pay for.
Worst part came- no running water. I finally got water the morning I was leaving and it was black. I told management and was told a discount would be applied to bill. I left- no discount.
I have been trying repeatedly to call and speak with management who is never in even though I was told they would be in in the morning. Disgusting and dishonorable. It has been weeks.
The cheap cost does not equal what a horrible time it was.

I was given the choice to pay or pay at the property. A charge in the amount of $220.19, I called both the Hotel and the Company because the charge was done immediately after the call when I was told that nothing would be charge. They both point fingers at each other.
The hotel says booking.com is responsible and booking.cam is saying that the hotel is. I canceled the reservation but now they both are refusing to refund my
account.
Not trustworthy, customer service skills, empathy, just plain liars.

Sofa was filthy! Sofa bed was full of springs punching you! One TV remote didn't work and the other one didn't have a remote! Smelled marijuana time I got out the truck!

When I booked online I said that there would be kids with me but when I went inside to the front office they told me I would not be able to bring my children it ruined my daughter's birthday en after 12:00 is when they told me that I could bring them my daughter just turned eight and they're ready hurt it because it was going to be a surprise for her in that ruin everything

The hotel is very dirty, there's animal feces inside the halls. We had roaches and bugs all over our room. Dirt and dust flew out of the vent everytime the a/c turned on. It was disgusting. Our bedding was dirty, stained with blood marks.
Cleanliness, Animal clean up, Bedding and furniture was dirty and stained. Fridge barely worked and had bugs.

The hotel has a great location close to the parks with a restaurant/bar next door to it on one side and a breakfast restaurant next door on the other side so there was no need to move the car once we checked in!
Though the room had been renovated, it still needed work and we reported the damaged shower rail to the front desk. Otherwise it was as we expected for the price we paid

The bathtubs are nasty, i have stayed here the last 3 times i have been in tampa and the shower curtains are broke and the tubs have had hair and this time what looked like dried blood in 243

went thru 6 rooms all were very very dirty, I took pictures 2 of the rooms were not only dirty but constant water full force running in shower and wouldn’t shut off and knobs broken. had to leave to be somewhere by 6 pm and had to deal with the last room and clean it ourself. employee said we could speak to manager for refund in the morning which when morning came the manager wasn’t there, another employee said he was typing up a request for refund and correspondence for my stay but I’ve never heard anything. the towels I had to clean the floors with were jet black

I liked the location. It's very close to my destintination.
It's a very old property, and I understand that, but I still think it can be cleaner in the rooms. And I'm aware that there are bugs in Florida but there were small roaches in my room. Pest control needs to be better.
