The excellent customer service I received from Ms. Delisha and Mr. Mo was amazing. They make you feel so valued as a customer. They are so friendly, patient and personable.
The breakfast is always delicious . I love the ambience of the hotel . Rooms always clean . This is our home away from home . 😊

The room and staff were nice
The bedding, curtains and things in the room weren't as clean as I'd like. The bathroom was leaking water, also overheard other guests having issues with plumbing when I arrived. Having to pay for parking, 1st hotel I've stayed at that charged you for staying and parking your car

The staff was amazingly helpful and ready to assist in any way.
The bathroom lower wall and floor corners needed attention. The wall paper was starting to peal.

I love the location. There's plenty of shopping and nice restaurants. They have an awesome hot breakfast, as well.
Where do I begin...our room was dirty, they turn the heat down during the night and you find yourself freezing and unable to sleep no matter how high you turn up the thermostat, the mattress and pillows are TERRIBLE!!!!, parents allowed their children to run rampant in the hotel and the kids were banging on the window to our suite, a heavy stench of Marijuana plagued the property, the stairwells were extremely filthy, our curtains had blood or ketchup on them and to cap off our stay, someone tripped the fire alarm and we had to evacuate the building at 1:00 AM! Oh, and the front desk attendant was on a private call while checking me out and barely paid attention to me the entire time.

Dirty, elevator’s didn’t work and staff didn’t know if they would be fixed or worked on. Parking $12.50…..what??? The staircase are disgusting and rooms need to be cleaned better and updated.

The staff, pool, or rooms. One of my guest was stuck in the elevator for 20 min. And when she was calling for help they front desk told her someone would be there after he left from the pool area. So disappointing

The room was in ok condition, the breakfast was good they kept up with demand very well. The staff was friendly. The difference in busyness changed dramatically from Saturday night to Sunday.
The room had a broken handle from bedroom to living room. The air was not really cooling. They did provide a fan which was helpful. The pool had been so overwhelmed with people it was very dirty.

I was lucky to get a room this weekend. My family has been booking embassy for yesrs.
Paying for parking they should include it as a perk to being a hilton honor

Me and my family have stayed at embassy on several occasions , never had a problem. But this past stay was a nightmare. So apparently the hotel is pet friendly now which is not a problem until my mom had an allergic reaction. She coughed and all night for the 2 nights we stayed. Let the staff at the front desk know and they were nice and offered to move us. One staff member said we can move you to another floor ,pets are limited to the 2nd and 3rd floor. Our room was on the 7th floor.Another staff member interrupted and said no we were over booked and allowed animals on all floors last weekend. My mom decided to stick out considering 2 nights on new years was 600.00. We just hoped her airways didn’t close and restrict her breathing. My problem was the general manager who had a terrible attitude when we spoke with her over the phone. She was very unprofessional and rude and should not be leading anybody. We have reached out to corporate and still no one has contacted us. Very upsetting
