Excellent location and like the Park and Fly option.

The price is on high side compared to other hotels of similar quality. Having to pay for breakfast when other hotels include breakfast.

We have stayed at some doubletrees in the past as a family of four and always got one warm cookie as a welcome! the gesture was welcoming. however at this specific doubletree the front desk person after check in just said he can only give two cookies even though we were a family of four. it was just a cookie so no big deal but we always felt warmly welcomed in the past when all guests got a cookie.

Shuttle service is good for nothing. I waited 45 minutes which is beyond acceptable timeframe.

I did not like that I paid extra to receive both, a king room, on a higher floor for my honeymoon, and received neither. When I asked about it, they told me not to use a third party to book my reservation.
