The first room was dirty in the restroom, but at least they got us a different room. It didn't look very good. It wasn't very big, the glass windows were cheap, made it vulnerable to breaking and entering. The location wasn't overly great.

it was disgusting, dirty, homeless people all In the parking lot constantly, people partying in front of our room all night. my car was scratched down the driver side, ran over a beer bottle trying to oark, the staff was rude and nasty. after 2 nights of our 4 night vacation I had to book another room elsewhere because it was so horrible. not to mention it was extremely expensive considering the facility. I will be contacting the company and demanding my money reimbursed.

We rent a non-smoking room for $150 one night. The blankets were dirty and burned by cigarettes. My wife and I went to the ross store to buy new blankets (in the last photo you can see the new blankets) Also, one lamp was broken and the other one did not turn on. We slept very uncomfortable. I do not recommend this “Hotel”.

Was the most dirty hotel, hair in the sheets, bed, in the shower. Ashes in the droor, trash inside. Was so loud outside due to all the people outside who seemed to homeless

It's kind of a dump. It's not dirty, but it's not all that clean either. I kept my shoes on in the room. I've paid less to stay in nicer places, so I can't really recommend it. I arrived between 7:30-8pm and nobody was at the check-in office; had to call a phone number on the outside door and leave a message but couldn't because the voicemail was full. Someone showed up a few minutes later in pajamas to check me in. Checked into my room; there was a single bath towel, nothing else. Other guests were loud and obnoxious outside in the parking lot until late at night. The rooms are not as nice as the ones shown on the profile. I don't know if they are still renovating or what. But the lobby needs a makeover. It's not inviting at all. And the customer service is lacking.

One thing I did like was concierge was pretty friendly.

The hotel room was dirty, no towels or commodities such as cups. The type of guests staying made the place unsafe to stay, especially those with families.

Rundown hotel. We requested a non-smoking room and yet the smell of cigarette was all around. Every time we turned on the fan in the bathroom, cigarette smell was somehow coming in. Some bad smell also coming from 2 tables in the room close to the window. No water boiler in the room to make coffee or tea. Wifi so slow that keeps disconnecting. Room at 230$ per night absolutely overpriced for a place like this.

My way to my room was Garbage on the stairs to my room. Open the door and you can see that the maids did not clean the room,Red stuff on the walls, very dusty furniture no trash cans, people leftover property, dirty underneath the beds. The shower curtains was ripped. I could tell the room was remodeled but it was dirty the room was huge nice big room but it was dirty.

Disgusting. Dirty, gross, no trashcan, toilet didn’t flush, felt like we might get robbed in the parking lot, i think I got bit by something in the night? please pay the extra few bucks for somewhere else.
