So close to the airport yet quiet area with the Bay right across the street. Plus there is very good sound insulation so the plane noise is not loud. Large, comfortable rooms.

Kinda pricy for a generic room.

Harbor location had nice views but proximity to all sorts of aircraft was a bit noisy.

Not much around the hotel in terms of shopping or dining. In-room safe did not work upon arrival and, after having to wait in the room for 45 minutes while hotel staff tried to fix it twice, it was declared non-functional.

The food was amazing. The staff were lovely.

The place felt tired in places I ordered extra pillows and didn't get them. The pillows were just way too soft.

Location, the hype was the view, but we had no view at all.

The bathroom light fixture flickered, the hot tub water was not hot - warm at best, an outside door came off its hing, nearly lost a toe - scared!

Room was nice and clean. The view was spectacular. The bar was nice but pricy. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Have a parking what is nice for San Diego hotels. Close to the Airport, nice ocean view restaurants.

Small gym with only one machine which was a bike. They are upgrading so hopefully have more machines and items for training

Due to flight delays we arrived in SD at 8:30 pm. Once we picked up our luggage we called the Hilton for a shuttle. They said it would take about 15-20 minutes because the driver was helping a customer. This hotel is less than 3 miles from the airport. 45 minutes later I called again. I was put on hold for 10 minutes. What a joke. Finally got picked up (after waiting 60 minutes). We had a 7 hr flight and were very tired. We are in our 70's. When we finally checked in the person behind the desk was extremely rude! I paid top dollar for a room overlooking the marina. We got stuck in a room on the second floor overlooking the lobby. It was very noisy. Couldn't even enjoy the balcony. I visit SD often (lived there 20+yrs). Guarantee I'll never stay at this Hilton again!

The location is excellent ! The view from the balcony is gorgeous faces marina 5 to 6 am even more gorgeous waking up to spectacular view was breath taking. You must treat yourself relax and unwind. Will return soon

Nothing no complaints

I liked being on the Water and watching the Navy and Commercial vessels cruise by the channel and go out to sea. I swam everyday in the pool. Our last evening, we ate in the hotel and enjoyed a cozy table by the fireplace and watched the sunset. Nice.

We arrived Late and no food available. We didn't like no micro in the room. Staff gave us a menu to order from a place in downtown and it took 3 hours for that delivery and came very late at night. Missing the sodas.

The location is amazing! The Harbor Island is an exceptional place.

Location, room was clean, restaurant on site was decent but pricey.

Check in was very long and tedious almost 35 minutes, there was an issue with our first room, stand in line again, no one could help. Very unorganized. Manager reluctantly offered other room, as we’d put specific requests in but had to wait until 5 pm as they weren’t finished cleaning the rooms. Cleaning staff with big carts use same elevators as guests, all day, very crowded. Wouldn’t stay here again.
