I still have nightmares from this motel! There was puke on the walls, lipstick, pee and blood on the sheets so NASTY and the smell!!! We left after 20min in, i was scared to even remove my shoes

EVERYTHING. from the checking in process to entering the room. room looked so unsafe. someone can walk into the room by opening the window. not even a proper lock on the window.. you have to use a wooden stick to make sure windows can’t slide open. washroom was terrible. not even a fresh roll of toilet paper, not even hand soap to wash your hands towels looked not even clean. the floor felt like it had rocks or something on it still. the walls were so terribly washed or not even washed at all. you can still see someone’s hand prints or makeup splatters on the wall.

The guy who works as a receptionist is really rude n disrespectful, I had to change the hotel the next day.

The room was not cleaned well n the washroom was so bad

Everything there was blood stains and damage everywhere it was just gross the front desk guy was in a t-shirt and shorts picking his nose

cigarette butts you in the room, cigarette smell, stains on the sheets, soap dispenser broken, beds make noises, walls had holes in it, strong smell of perfume to hide cigarette smell, charge me 25$ for 1 hour late check out.

Everything, bedding was dirty and over all, poor in appearance. No coffee. Room was not cleaned, I asked for another room but to avail. This place needs to be renovated properly, lots of accident's waiting to happen.

Relatively close to Banff

Bums sleeping in parking lot (with dogs running around). Filthy room, windows and stairwell. Bed wasn't made and it smelled bad. Check-in guy seemed annoyed to be bothered when we checked in. And the room next to us was a permanent resident with a lot of cameras on his door. We actually left after seeing the room. This should not be on booking.

the property was in very bad shape, rooms with broken furniture, strong , very strong cigarette smell. I went to the room, turned back and choose other location
