Some rooms are not clean and smelly

-footsteps from upper floor can be heard even after 2AM -very cold room, heater not working -no microwave inside room -i specifically requested one bed to be moved next to the wall for our baby but this was ignored -tub floor looks old and has seen better days

Airport transfer, simple breakfast, close to airport

Personal problem as we were charged twice and are currently in dispute hence low score

Staff was relatively decent, room was cleaned daily.

Elevator was broken, yet we were put in 4th flr, expected to carry our heavy equipment/baggage up stairs. Breakfast only provided bread or cereal, nothing for protein, no selection.

The Property was close to the airport.

Rooms need renovations. Phone didn't work there was no alarm clock. The bathroom was very dirty and there was no blanket or duvet. There was simply a material similar to a curtain draped over the bed. It was cold and uncomfortable. The bathroom was dirty and hairs were an issue. The elevator did not work nor did the vending machines. Great for budget travels, but bad for those who wanna sleep and be clean.

Hair on pillows, so obviously unchanged. Toilet not working well. Room not cleaned even after cleaning staff said they’d be back in 10 minutes. Paid for three people yet there weren’t enough cups , nor coffee, nor towels. Pathetic! All easily fixed issues which were not fixed! Poor service!

Good place to stay overnight.

Breakfast is included, but very limited. Don't expect to have anything hot.

Left a shirt accidentally at the hotel, called to see if anyone had found it, they told me to call back, I called back, they said to call back again because cleaning crew was gone. Not helpful and didn’t make an effort to find the shirt.

This was the second book of the day, I booked another hotel pretty advance but couldn't dare stay there was very disgusting. And then I found this super 8 hotel. It was clean and the receptionist he was very friendly. He gave me 4th floor room but that time, the elevator is not working. So I favour if he can give me the closer room as I have a child. And he upgraded me to 2nd floor. I am very satisfied.

this was not the property I had intended to book. the staff were friendly the buffet was adequate but not great the location was further than I expected from the airport the shuttle that I wanted was booked so had to go earlier than I had wanted but I was thankful that there was room for me on it.
