Chalet avec beaucoup de charme, très belle chambre, très spacieuse et très bien équipée; ainsi que la salle de bain. Impression globale de calme et de zenitude (on entend les écureuils se chamailler). Le petit déjeuner a le mérite d'exister, même s'il manque des choix salés.

Le système de sommier est dangereux, puisque des charnières en métal dépassent du matelas. Ma fille s'est blessée au genoux dessus et nous nous sommes sérieusement cognés à plusieurs reprises. Station de ski assez calme (trop?) l'été, mais cela évite d'être dans Golden qui n'a pas grand intérêt.

Room was spacious. Easy to check in. Staff were friendly and quick to respond to requests. Breakfast available each morning.

There is nothing that we didn’t like about the property. It would have been perfect if there had been laundry facilities as we needed to do washing. Staff were extremely helpful in finding a laundromat.

Boot room was great! Staff were supportive even though they were very understaffed due to covid.

Guests were not wearing masks in the public area by the fireplace. King bed was actually two beds sandwiched together. And the beds were so old they were concave. Painful to sleep in and not great when trying to recover from skiing.

The whole outside was run down weeds everywhere and needed to be painted. We also did not see a front attendant at all the whole stay. There is also no ac and it was 31 degrees.

I liked the location as it was away from golden (13km). Loved the quietness. Room was great. Unfortunately due to covid only one restaurant available but you can travel to golden. Staff was very efficient and we enjoyed ourselves very much.

Only one restaurant, prices for gondola very high for smoky views.

No staff present even in the posted hours of 8 am to 8 pm The bed was very uncomfortable - there have been lots of reviews about this but I don't understand why they haven't fixed this yet It would be nice to have some cutlery provided in the rooms No hand sanitiser in the rooms despite visiting in a pandemic - they just had signs outside the room asking us to sanitise everything after touching it but there was no santiser available
