Closet paint fell down

The rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable with everything you could need. The view from the room was stunning. Staff were amazing. Location was perfect - 5-minute walk to Ala Moana center. Hotel lobby has a coffee shop, and a store to buy essentials which was a bonus. Loved at stay and would stay there again in the future.

The restaurant was a little expensive - but there other dining options available in the hotel and locally.

Modern, spacious rooms, clean, fantastic ocean & harbor views, Japanese toilets & friendly staff. I have stayed at Sheraton Waikiki & Alohilani Resort before & this hotel was so much better & newer. Walking distance to Ala Moana shopping mall & Hilton restaurants & shops next door. Infinity pool was also great!

The room was was beautiful, clean and comfortable.

There was a lot of traffic noise coming through the closed window, even on the 21st floor.

We chose this hotel for our last night as it is close to the Ala Moana shopping center and the view on the marina is beautiful.

The property is modern and my room was beautiful.

Small thing.. the music in the pool area was too loud for me.

1. The location is far from the beach, and there is a pier in front of it, not the beach. 2. The middle-aged people who assist guests in parking at the hotel gate have a bad attitude, which is disappointing (I don't know if we didn't use their service and had a bad attitude) 3. The hotel charges chaotic A, we didn't use their parking lot, but they deducted our daily parking fee of $30. After receiving the invoice, we left them a message on booking, but they did not have any feedback information. Later, we negotiated with them over the phone in English, and they agreed to refund the overcharged fees. 4. The hotel charges are chaotic B. The price we booked the hotel was inconsistent with the actual amount they charged, resulting in an additional charge. We also communicated with Booking and they were aware of this situation. But so far, no excess charges have been refunded. (This hotel requires a portion of the fee to be paid at the time of reservation, and another portion to be paid upon check-in. The two charges need to be combined in order to compare the amount. If not carefully checked, it is difficult to detect incorrect charges.) In short, the middle-aged man who parked the car as a valet at the entrance has a bad attitude towards hotel guests and lacks professional ethics. The issue of arbitrary fees has brought many unpleasant experiences to the entire Hawaii tourism industry. Once there is a problem, it requires a lot of phone calls, which takes time and effort, and is not worth it. I won't recommend this hotel to my family or friends.

No shade by the pool unless you pay quite a lot for a cabana. Expensive considering no direct access to beach.

I liked our room. It had a good view & was spacious with a king bed, couch, coffee, bath and shower, and bidet.

Pool is ridiculously small. Like for 20 people max. the hotel is 2 towers 33 stories each. You can do the math.
